At the end of the previous chapterofLost Records: Bloom & Rage, present-day Nora began asking our protagonist, Swann, about her move to Vancouver. This transports us back to Swann’s room in 1995 and begins the 19th chapter, Packing Up, where Swanna continues reminiscing with her friends about her life back then.

This short chapter allows us to learn more about how our choices as 16-yr-old Swann changed the life of present-day Swann. This is also a great opportunity to catch up on some memoir footage as well. So let’s go through all the choices you can make here.

We’re back in Swann’s room whereshe has to finish packing a boxbefore she can leave to join her friends.

Before she finishes packing her box, she decides she needs more footage of Mothgirl first. Thisunlocks a new optional memoir called Mothgirl Chronicles, but the first shot is required to move the scene forward.

The scene will jump forward to thefour girls sitting around the campfireon their private beach by the cabin.

The girls ask Swannwhat she told her parentsabout their place. Your options are:

When Kat tells themabout the deal she made with Dylan, you can say:

Kat tells them she submitted their song to the poetry contest for the concert tickets.As the girls start talking about going to the concertif they win, you can say:

Swann’s Life Now

Present-day Nora asks Swann what her life is like now, so we come back to the present briefly soSwann can share some pics with Nora and Autumn.

First, Swann shows them thephoto of her cat, Merlin. You can say:

He’s a lovable menace.

The next photo she shows is from a vacation she took recently. It’ll be from either Alaska, Yosemite, or Death Valley,depending on which option you chose at the campfire.

When Nora saysit’s crazy that you went solo, you can say:

Traveling alone is empowering in a way.

Nora approves.

The third photo she shares is of achalkboard display at the bookstore where Swann works.Autumn will mention she wishes she had more time to read. You can say:

My mom doesn’t approve.

And finally, she shares with them hercollection of knick-knacks and nature stuff, saying “tada!” that they’re all organized this time.

Back At The Beach

After Swann finishes sharing her photos, we go back to the beach spot in 1995,but it’s nighttime and the girls are heading inside.
