Aligning with Chinese New Year, the Luck & Lanterns event provides plenty of new clothing and furniture items to decorate your resort cabins with. Here’s everything you need to know to start celebrating in style! From daily login rewards to event-specific interactions around the island, you won’t want to miss a moment of it.
What Is The Luck & Lanterns Event?
Toring in the New Yearwith style, the Luck & Lanterns festival begins on the island. Full of funrewards themed around the current zodiacyear, there are plenty of ways to celebrate.
Once you’re set up on the island, you’llmeet with the different Sanrio characters at the resortby the event stall. Here you can exchange Lucky Envelopes for rewards like furniture.
There are also daily items you can collect simply by logging in! We’ll detail them more later.
However, this is alimited-time event that runs through Februay 2025, so you won’t want to wait to start celebrating with the cast of Sanrio characters.
How To Get Lucky Envelopes
As you explore the island, you’llcome across various firecrackers. Setting them off will create a small explosion andreward you with five Lucky Envelopes. These lucky envelopes can be used topurchase rewards from the Luck & Lanterns event stall.
You can also earn the Lucky Envelopes bycompleting your daily quests, though you’llonly receive oneat a time. It’s best tolog in dailyand seek out all opportunities to obtain the Lucky Envelopes, so you canmaximize how many festive items you collect!
