Sofia usually comes toMonopoly Gowith a plethora of levels she needs our help to dig through, but this week, we’ve got a quick 12-round dig event in Roll Treasures, running between3PM EST on February 24and12PM EST on February 26.
The assortment of rewards for Roll Treasures is a bit slimmer this time around, and we’ll bet you can guess from the event title what the focus is with prizes. Sofia has thousands of free dice rolls for us to win this week in Roll Treasures, and with limited time, it’s time to start your digging.
How To Play Roll Treasures
Collect Hammers From Other Events
Before you’re able to begin helping Sofia dig for treasures in the Roll Treasures event this week, you’ll first need toearn hammer tokens by playing other parts of Monopoly Gothroughout the course of the event. You can bring in some extra tokens by:
You may also find them hidden in the level puzzles, which often provides one hammer to replace the one you used to excavate the tile.
Dig Tiles With Sofia To Earn Rewards
Once you’ve got some hammer tokens accumulated, you’ll want to head into the Roll Treasures event screen anduse your hammer tokens to uncover tilesacross 12 different levels throughout the duration of the event. These vary in size, with thepuzzles getting bigger at higher levels, which means you might have your work cut out for you yet despite the smaller number of levels this time around.
With our nautical theme this time around, we’ll be digging through 12 aquatic levels. You’ll most often see that it requiresone hammer for each regular tileto dig, but you’ll also come across a handful of tiles at later levels in the event that are obscured in some way and require a few extra hammers to clear.
Interestingly, we have a few different level shapes during this particular dig event that we haven’t really seen before. Some levels haveobstructions in the center, so take the grid sizes in the table below with a grain of salt, as they’re the total number of tiles high and wide the puzzle is - your mileage may vary with how many tiles are actually in a given puzzle.
Among the list of rewards for Roll Treasures, you’ll notice that you stand to gain thousands offree dice rollsthroughout the milestone goals during the event. We’ll seea couple sticker packs, flash events, and cash prizes mixed in, as well as some replenishment hammers so we can keep playing, but your primary reward here is the number of dice rolls you stand to gain.

Everything we’ve labeled as a “Cash Reward” in the table above is decided by your overall net worth.You’ll need to reinvest the cashto upgrade buildings on your Monopoly Go game boards as you pass through, as well as land on monopolies where each color tile has been upgraded to a hotel. Naturally, higher levels of Roll Treasures pay out more in reward money as well, but how much you earn is always relative no matter the level of the event.
