Hello Kitty Island Adventurefeatures a wide range of annual events, often lining up with real-world holidays or seasons. When the beginning of March rolls around, you can expect to see the Springtime Celebration event, which officially brings Spring to the island.
In this guide, we’ll go over every aspect of the Springtime Celebration event in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This will cover when it happens, what you’re able to do during this period, and all the possible rewards there are to obtain; additionally, we’ll take a look at Lotus Silk. Like most events in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, completing everything isn’t too difficult, so you don’t need to rush too hard.
Updated July 11, 2025 by Jacqueline Zalace:The final portion of the Springtime Celebration event has started in Hello Kitty Island Adventure! To mark this occasion, we’ve updated this guide with the last of three daily event calendars that are available during the Springtime Celebration event.
When is The Springtime Celebration Event?
The exact dates can vary from year-to-year, butfor 2025, the event will happen from March 2 to April 8.This gives youa little over a month to complete the content and obtain all the items.If you’refamiliar with other Hello Kitty Island Adventure events, then you’ll know that there isno real story here,just the collection of items!
Springtime Celebration is a primary event, so the location of the kiosk for it is just off of the Seaside Resort Plaza. Here, you may find some booths, as well as Nul who willtrade the items in exchange for Petals.
How To Get Petals
The unique currency for this event is Petals. These are fairly simple to obtain; you can check out the methods of acquisition in the table below.
In total, there are seven Petals found this way.
Complete Daily Quests
There are a set amount of daily quests each day, but you can earn the normal rewards as well as Petals if you complete them.
Simple enough, right? To get Petals,just complete daily quests and forage for the seven daily Petals.

It seems that you may alsobuy Springtime Celebrationitems from My Melody(in her shop).Here, you can get furniture items from past events. The cost is a bit different though; rather than spending just Petals, you’ll need some other materials (like Sakuraor Lotus Blossoms).
We picked up the 2024 Sakura Bonsai from Small Gift Big Smiles, which costone Petal, ten Sakura, and five Lotus Blossoms.Overall, justcheck My Melody’s shop each day.
Daily Rewards
Each day you log in, you’ll also get somedaily rewards.When opening the game for the first time, you’ll see thedaily reward chart.For the first portion of the event, you’ll get rewards from the Springtime Celebration I calendar, which are listed below.

This final portion of the event has a grand reward of 15 petals, which is great if you really need to get your hands on all the items available in the shop.

If you missed a few days on the first calendar page, don’t worry! When Springtime Celebration II starts,you’ll get rewards from both.For example, we missed a day, so on the first day of Springtime Celebration I,we got the Blue Happi Coat and the Male Hakama Crafting Plans.
Tuxedosam Event Clothing
Lastly, we have event items that can bepurchased from Tuxedosam’s Shop.From him, you canbuy the crafting plans for Lotus Silk for one Petal.This is the primary clothing material that you need to make items for this event, including the male and female Hakama mentioned above.
In order to make one Lotus Silk,you’ll need three Lotus Blossoms.Once you get this, you’ll also be able tobuy the Kimono crafting plans, as well as the Kimono itself.For example, we currently have the Male Kimono Crafting Plan being sold, with the actual Male Springtime Kimono being sold as well.
Buying the Springtime Kimono takes quite a lot of materials, but you cancraft the normal Kimono with just three Lotus Silk.You may also see theSpringtime Sakura Clipavailable; this was originally adaily reward for the 2024 Springtime Celebration,but you can now buy it from Tuxedosam if it’s available.
Tuxedosam’s offerings can be a bit random, sojust check back every day to see what he has to offer.
