There are four parkour-focused challenges inAssassin’s Creed Shadows. Called Path Of… something, they each ask you to follow a path of jumps and swings to find a chest and claim a reward. They’re all pretty tough and require fast fingers and a good sense of direction.
Before you head out to tackle the Path of the Blade, you’ll want to know where the start of it is, how to make your way through it, and what the reward at the end of the path is. We have all the details you need down below.
How To Start Path Of The Blade
You need to head to the area to the south of Sakura Foothills to find the Path of the Blade. If you look for the viewpoint there, head south to find the challenge. Look for a tree with a yellow ribbon tied around it to start the path.
As always, be sure to use Naoe to take on the Path of the Blade.
Walkthrough
Head past the tree with yellow string around it, over a stone bridge and up the stairs. Then, climb up the stone with yellow paint on it.
Next, swing over to the ledge above the waterfall. Climb up the next set of yellow painted rocks and onto a branch coming out of the waterfall.
Go up the rock to the left of the water, then head forwards along the path. Now, go over the rock and the branch, up the rocks to the right of the next waterfall. Go past the tree with yellow string around it, then climb up the right side of the next waterfall.
Then, follow the path left and jump over two rocks with little platforms on to the other side. After, squeeze through the gap and swing over the gap, up a path, and jump up a yellow rock.
Then, jump onto the next branch and swing across the gap before crawling through the gap in front of you. Now, keep climbing dead ahead and swing across a double grapple using another grapple point on a tree.
The reward chest will then be directly in front of you.
Rewards
The reward for completing the Path of the Blade is Sumire’s Gear, an Epic Light Armor for Naoe. You can equip or upgrade it right away if you like it.
