The massive map inAssassin’s Creed Shadowsis full of stuff to do. Most involve infiltrating locations to take on enemies and grab loot. However, there are four challenges in the game that test your navigation and parkour skills - each one beginning with the words ‘Path of’.
The Path of Valor is likely the first one you’ll tackle when you play Assassin’s Creed Shadows. You need to know where the starting point is, how to run through all of it, and what the reward for completing it is. We have all the details you need to know below.
How To Start Path Of Valor
You can find the Path of Valornorthwest of Senri Hills, by the viewpoint there. Run up to some yellow-painted rocks to find the starting point.
Like all Path of challenges in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you need to be playing as Naoe to complete Path of Valor.
Walkthrough
First, follow the yellow markings and swing over the tree using the grapple. Then, climb up and follow a path slightly left, up more rocks. Now, head left, jump onto a branch and up the yellow-painted rocks you’ll see in front of you.
Then, swing over the gap and up the cliff face before going forward and over a rope there. This is why you need to be playing as Naoe instead of Yasuke.
After that, head left and slide down the stone hill. Keep following path and jump over to a branch coming out of a cliff. You’ll then be able to use handholds to jump across left and drop onto another slope you’re able to slide down.
Take an immediate right and climb up the rock face. Now, run along a fallen tree and jump onto the branch. Swing over with a grapple and then across another rope
The chest at the end of the path is by a rock in front of you.

The reward for completing the Path of Valor isTamakichi’s Hood Epic Headgear for Naoe. You can equip it or upgrade it right away.
