This is adecent substitute weapon for Phoebeas it provides Crit Rate as a substat while alsobuffing DMG dealt, Resonance Skill DMG, and ATK.

Phoebe is a Spectro Frazzle character andthere aren’t many supports or characters who synergize with her kit. The only character other than Phoebe who can use Spectro Frazzle is Spectro Rover which greatly limits the kind of teams you can run as of now.

This is thebest team you can run for Phoebe right now. This is becauseSpectro Rover and Phoebe can complement each otherwith Spectro Frazzle while Changli can function as a quickswap DPS. While this team is strong,it lacks sustainabilityand unless you’re good at dodging, you’ll die.
Phoebe/Spectro Rover/ Shorekeeper
This team has more sustainability compared to the previous one, but youmiss out on Changli’s damage. However,Shorekeeper can buff Crit Rate and Crit DMG, which helps out Phoebe while also healing her and keeping the team alive.
