Filming Halted On Multiple TV Shows And Movies Due To LA Wildfires

Followingmultiple leaked set images, seemingly inspired byFallout: New Vegas, filming for Fallout’s much-anticipated second season officially began on December 4 last year, with actor Walton Goggins seen donning his Ghoul prosthesis. Unfortunately, a little over a month later, filming has been halted due to the ongoing fires ravaging Los Angeles.

As reported byVarietyandIGN, filming permits have been withdrawn from areas around LA, which has put a stop to the taping of Fallout Season 2, among other shows. It is reported that this stoppage will initially run until Friday, January 10.

Variety reports that alongside Fallout, filming has been paused on Hacks, Ted, Suits: LA, Happy’s Place, NCIS, Grey’s Anatomy, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Abbot Elementary, and more.

In July, it was reported thatFallout Season 2 was ahead of schedule, with scripts in hands just three months after the debut season of the series premiered. After the many set images leaked, director Jonathan Nolan confirmed thatSeason 2 would take inspiration from Fallout: New Vegasto much joy.
