Part of managing the production of your different goods will require you to purchase several pieces of equipment as well as work stations. Your base will be your factory and moving things around to set up the perfect work environment will make your work efficient and beautifully optimized.
How To Move Furniture
When youpurchase a new base, there will be furniture already placed down for you to use. To ensure that you areusing the limited space you have effectively, you will need to learn tomove things around.
When you move your base of operations toa new location, you cantake your furniture and equipment with youso you won’t have to purchase new ones.
Go in front of the furnitureyou want to pick up andhover over it.Hold right-clickto pick it up. When you pick it up, it will be in your inventory and willtake up one slot.
You can’t pick furniture up when they haveitems stored in them.
Pick the perfect spotfor your furniture, then make sure it isselected in your inventory menu. Anoutline of your itemwill appear if the spot you’ve picked is suitable. You canrotate its orientationby hittingQ or E on your keyboard. Once you’re satisfied with its location and orientation,left-click to put it down.
