It’s only natural that you’ll want to know how long your Zois will last before they kick the bucket inInZoi, or how long they stay at each life stage. Nothing lasts forever, not even digital life, I’m afraid.
There are nine life stages in total, and not all are selectable from the character creator screen. Here’s everything you need to know about the Zoi life cycle, including a breakdown of each life stage, how long it lasts, and how to speed things up a bit.
InZoi is currently in Early Access, and so the information will change over time. We will update this guide as needed as gameplay changes.
All Life Stages
There are nine life stages in total, andbased on our own timings, we’ve broken down how long each life stage lastsbefore a Zoi will ultimately ‘embrace death’ and pass on due to old age.
When a Zoi reaches the next life stage,their size and appearance will change immediatelyto reflect their new age bracket.
By default, each game day lasts 96 real world minutes by default, but you canchange this to reduce or lengthen it in the settings.
16 Days
Senior
17 Days (At which point they will pass away from old age.)
*These Life Stages are not selectable when creating Zois. Newborns only occur when you choose to have a baby between two Zois, and then these naturally grow into Toddlers.
Children will then naturally grow into Adolescents before becoming Teenagers.
If you have a family of more than one Zoi, it appearsyou only receive a notification of reaching the next life stage for the Zoi you have selected, rather than all of them. However, when Zois die, you will receive a notification regardless of whether they were selected.
Can You Stop Zois From Aging?
Youcannot stop Zois from aging or dying, however, you canchange how long in-game days lastso that your Zoi ages more quickly or more slowly.
