Dodge Horrid Roar, thenmove to either side to avoid Cauterize. Nidhogg will land with Touchdown, dealing damage in the area, before the fight resumes like normal.
At around70 percent health remaining, Nidhogg will become untargetable and summon three enemies as the fight moves to its second phase.

Phase 2
This is an add phase in which you will have to fight aShadow Brobinyak,Shadow Dragon, andShadow Falak. TheShadow Dragon can’t be tankedand will move aroundrandomly attacking players with a sweep attackthat inflictsDamage Down. The Shadow Dragon should be your first target aseach Tank grabs one of the other two adds and separates them.
TheShadow BrobinyakandShadow Falakeach havebreath attacksthat deal damage in anAoE to their front, so take care not to walk in front of the enemies as you take them out.
Focus down the Shadow Dragon first, followed by the Brobinyak and Falak. Once all three are defeated, Nidhogg will useFinal Chorus, dealing damage to all players and transitioning the fight into phase three.
Phase 3
In this phase, Nidhogg will take the form of Estinien, and use a new set of attacks, which are detailed below.
Ala Morn
Tankbuster
Deals high damage to the main Tank. Usedefensive cooldownsto reduce the damage of this attack.
Geirskogul
Deals damage in aline AoE. Simply move outside of the AoE indicator to avoid taking damage.
High Jump

Super Jump
Proximity AoE

During Super Jump, Nidhogg will target several players withGeirskogul line AoEs. While moving to avoid the proximity AoE, stay out of these line AoEs.
Nidhogg will repeat these attacks until he has around30 percent health remaining. Then, he will jump away and blast the arena withBloodrage, dealing damage to the whole party, then transition the fight into its fourth and final phase.
Phase 4
This phase will begin with Nidhogg castingHorrid RoarandCauterizeat the same time. Avoid the circle AoEs and move out of Cauterize, then prepare to fight Nidhogg again.
In this phase, Nidhogg willrepeat attacks from the first phase, while adding a few new ones.
Akh Morn
Continuous Stack Marker
Targets one player with acontinuous Stack Marker. Group up on the affected player and stay there while Nidhogg continuously blasts the area with damage. Healers shouldheal through the duration of this attack.
Flame Blast
Nidhogg will create severalflame orbsthat explode incross-shaped line AoEsafter a few seconds. Standdiagonally to each of the orbsto avoid these AoEs.
Hot Tail
This attack will be usedimmediately after Hot Wing, dealing damage in aline AoE down Nidhogg’s center, where the previously safe area for Hot Wing was. After Hot Wing resolves, move to either side to avoid Hot Tail.
Nidhogg will repeat all of these mechanics until he is defeated. The last fight of this part is relatively short, but you will need totake extra care to deal with Akh Morn, as this can easily wipe the party if the healers don’t heal enough or not enough people group together.
