Charged Blast
The boss will charge a blast and shoot it in front of him.

Try to use your Barrage ability more often. When the boss is charging the blast, run away to the opposite side and use the Barrage skill to deal a lot of posture damage. You can stay away from him when he throws dynamite and use that opportunity to use the Barrage skill.
