While bandits and guards may be the enemies you fight most regularly, the most frustrating foes to fight in the early hours ofKingdom Come: Deliverance 2are wild dogs and wolves, which will always attack in packs even if you don’t provoke them. You may suddenly get attacked when you’re wandering around the wilderness.

Since they’re small and will be nipping at your shins, you need to fight them in a specific way. Swinging wildly at them with your sword won’t help you at all. If you’re patient and follow the tips we have below, you’ll be able to kill them and continue your quest in no time.

How To Beat Wild Dogs And Wolves

If you’re surrounded by a pack of wolves or wild dogs, you need to try and get them in front of you. Once you’ve locked on to them, move around and wait for them to attack.

Once the green shield symbol appears, press the block button and you’ll push the wolf out of the wayto stop their attack. Then, as they’re running around your feet, you canattack them yourself before they run off into the bushes.

Make sure you use a sword to attack them, as you won’t be able to hit them with just your fists.

Do this a few times for each wolf that’s attacking you and you’ll eventually kill them. The better the weapon you use to attack them, the faster you’ll kill them.

Butchering Wolves

Once the wolves are dead, you’ll have choice to butcher them or not. Doing so will give you meat, fur, and more, butthere’s a level of risk involved.

Poaching is considered a crime in the world of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. All animals, both wild and domestic, are considered to belong to the King. Any meat or other resources you take from the butchering process will be considered stolen. That means you will have trouble selling it and will be arrested if you’re caught with it.

If you’re able to cook and eat the meat before anyone sees you with it, you can get away with it.
