The only way to catch a Blue Whale is during the Whale Migration event. This event has a20 percent chance of appearing when it rainson the server. How To Catch Blue Whale
So, when the event starts, it will last15 minutesand will end when the whales swim to the endpoint. It will also end if all the Blue Whales are caught. During the event, the pod of whales will migrate from one point on the map to another, andeach time the direction may be different. You can easily see the course of the migration via thelong blue arrow that will show the direction. Once you find this arrow, sail your boat along it to locate Blue Whales.
To get ahead of other players, keep following the pod and try to catch fish instead of waiting for them to come to a certain spot.

Moby is asecret fish that you’re able to catch during the Whale Migration. However, the appearance of this fish is not guaranteed and thechance of spawning is only five percent. However, if it does appear, you can easily spot it between two whales.
It is worth noting thatyou will not be able to catch Moby until whales are caught.
