Where Is Omizo Castle?
you’re able to findOmizo Castletucked away along theeastern edge of the port town of Omizo, in Omi.The closest fast travel point is theOmizo Kakurega,slightly northwest of the castle.
When you’re ready,approach the castle from the westto enter it, as this location will give you the best entry point to move efficiently through the castle.
You also have to go to this castle during the quest ‘The Diary of Lady Rokkaku’ if you want to wait until then to complete it.
How To Find & Assassinate The First Samurai Daisho
Enter the castlefrom along the roof and use the narrow piles to jump across into thenorthwestern cornerof the castle. Movesouth across the wall toward the right sideof the entrance and proceed toward the courtyard in front of you.
Move along the top of a house to look into a smaller courtyard at the edge of the castle where you’ll find thefirst Samurai Daisho.
Take care of the person standing by some scaffolding, then climb it, jumping across via the walls to the nextsmall courtyard to the south.
You’ll find the first Samurai Daishoalone here and exposed – defeat the one person sitting on the ground, then crouch up behind the Daisho and kill him silently.
How To Find & Assassinate The Second Samurai Daisho
From thissouthwestern courtyard,look toward thecenter of the castle toward the area in the middle,with a guard tower that has a broken wall you may climb.
Jump in the water, then scale the wall to the roof,being careful to avoid the window where a guard is looking out. From the roof, peek over to the center where you’ll see the second Samurai Daisho alone in the courtyard.
Waituntil the Daisho makes his way over to the Legendary Chest,then assassinate him next to itand claim your treasure.

With the two Samurai Daisho dealt with, there’s nothing left to stand between you and the amazing side loot and legendary treasure in Omizo Castle.
