Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2takes side questing seriously and in a unique way. Instead of simply filling your map with question marks and exclamation marks to guide you to quest givers, the game encourages you to explore and ask around with innkeepers and other characters, who will direct you to quests.

So, instead of waiting for quests to come to you, you need to be the one actively looking for them. Among the numerous quests you can complete is Yackers ‘n’ Fash, which is just the first part of a series of quests from Foreman Vlach that requires your help.

How To Start The Yackers ‘n’ Fash Quest

After completing the Speak of the Devil quest, you canstart the Yackers ‘n’ Fash by speaking to Foreman Vlach.

He can be found in the southern part of the Kuttenberg region, butdepending on the time of day you meet him, his location may vary.

You might find him working in the mines, but he won’t speak with you while he’s working.

To proceed, you’ll need towait until the evening, when he can be found hanging around the Black Horse Tavern. Once you agree to help him, the Yackers ‘n’ Fash quest will begin.

How To Get Into Saints’ Den

To get into Saints' Den, you need touse the underground system ofKuttenberg. There are several ways to access it, as there are multiple entrances, butthe easiest one that doesn’t require lockpicking or any trouble is the one located just southeast of the Black Horse Tavern.

Once you find the tunnel entrance, head inside andcontinue down the path, sticking to the right side. Eventually, Henry will make a comment that lets you know you’re on the right path.

Shortly after, you will come acrossa ladder.Climb up, then follow the path in front of you until you spot a door. Henry will say ‘Finally’,lockpick the door and you will be inside the Saints' Den.

Inside, you will find Joerg Preng and his companions. You’ll need to interact with him, and you’ll have several options: either tofistfight them, challenge them to a dice game,or choose one of the remainingtwo dialogue options that require a skill check.

We recommend trying the dialogue options first before considering the other choices. However, if you’re good at dice in this game, that might be more to your liking.

How To Find Merchant Hensel

After completing your interaction with Joerg Preng, exit the tunnel either by retracing your steps or using one of the other exits, as there are several. Then, make your way south of Kuttenberg toward the objective area on your map.

In this area, head to the crossroadwest of the objective location, where you’ll finda sack full of blood, which will update the objective.

From here, you need to follow a series of clues.

Continue south, and you’ll spotsome cart tracks. Keep progressing forward, and you will eventually findthe stray cart.

Near the cart, you’ll noticea trail of blood. Follow it until you encountersome wolves. Deal with them, theninteract with the corpse. This is the merchantHensel, who sadly met his demise.

How To Complete The Yackers ‘n’ Fash Quest

Further south, you will spotthe small village of Danemark from a distance. Make your way toward it, and you’ll see a mill from afar; head toward it.

Once you get closer, you’ll encounter a bunch of enemieswho will attack you on sight, so be prepared for this.

Be cautious, as there are quite a few of them. You may need to be sneaky and stealthily take out a few before engaging the rest.

After dealing with them, head to the lower door of the southern building. Inside, ina chest on the right side of the room, you will find the standard you’re looking for. Loot the chest, specifically theSt Anthony’s Standard, before heading back to Vlach.

Return to Vlach at his location andgive him the Saint Anthony. Doing so willcomplete the Yackers ‘n’ Fash quest.
