Ready to bring your Zoi to life in ways you’ve never imagined? InInZoi, creativity is the name of the game. Making emotes is a great way to add some personality to your gameplay and give your Zoi a little extra flair.
Whether you’re uploading a static image for a cool pose or diving into animation with a video, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to get your custom emotes ready. Your Zoi’s about to get a glow-up.
How To Create An AI Emote
To begin, open the game andclick on your Zoi.Scroll down until you find the’AI Motion' option. Hover over it andselect ‘Make AI Emote’.You will be presented with two options for creating an emote:uploading an imagefor a static pose oruploading a videofor an animated emote.
Image
If you choose to upload an image, the AI will generate a still emote based on the photo. The image should be afull-body shot of a single person, taken from the front, andfree of clutter. This ensures the AI can properly analyze the subject. A clear and high-quality image works best, and formats such as.png or .jpg are recommended.
When searching for reference images, terms like’Full Body Pose' on Pinterestcan yield great results. Upload your chosen image, let it generate, and once satisfied with the emote it generates, click save to nameandstore the emote.
However, keep in mind that the AI may struggle to interpret intricate hand movements, so complex gestures like peace signs or clenched fists might not translate well.
Video
For animated emotes, you will need to upload a video file. Supported formats include.MP4, .AVI, and .MOV.The video should feature asingle person in a full-body shot, with a stationary camera to ensure accurate motion capture. After uploading the video, click save to nameandstore the animated emote.
For best results, consider searching for short clips of Fortnite emotes on YouTube, as these tend to align well with the AI’s capabilities.
How To Perform An AI Emote
Once your AI emote is saved, performing it in-game is simple.Click on your Zoi, navigate to ‘AI Motion’,andselect the emote you created.Your character will then execute the movement or pose you designed.
