Marvel Rivalshas an incredible and ever-increasing roster of characters to choose from, with each character working in significantly different ways from each other, while staying largely true to their comic-book counterparts.
One of the two main differences between characters is whether they use ranged or melee abilities. Some characters have a mix, while others are committed to one or the other. With melee characters, it can be difficult to know when an enemy is in range of your attacks and can end with you attacking the air right in front of them, leading to your untimely death rather than landing your blows.

How To Tell If An Enemy Is In Attack Range
With this setting active, enemies that are in rangeof your melee abilities aregoing to be highlighted slightly red. The effect isn’t dramatic, and it might get lost a little bit in the effects when a lot is going on, but it is certainly noticeable in most situations.
The color for this effect can be changed by changing the ‘Enemy Color’ in the Accessibility Settings. Certain colors are going to blend into more cosmetics than others, so if you’re having trouble with the default, try changing the colors around to find something consistent.
