How To Obtain A Mount

Mounts in Rune Slayer aren’t separate creatures you can buy. Instead,they are pets that you have already tamed. Mounts give you an advantage in mobility, making long-distance travel much more convenient, so having them is definitely beneficial. But before you can jump on a mount, you need to fulfill a few requirements.

First,you must reach level 20. If you haven’t hit this point yet, keep completing quests and engaging in battles to level up. Second,you must have a pet. If you don’t have one yet, catch a wild animal using the appropriate taming techniques. Here’s how to do it:

How To Get A Saddle

To turn your pet into a mount, you will need a saddle, which can be obtained bycompleting a quest from Jimmy the Stable Master NPCin Wayshire. This quest will be available after you reach level 20, so once you do, go to the stables to talk to him.You need to pick up a package from Jimmy the Stable Masterand deliver it to another stable master in Ashenshire.

So, after you get the package,head to the northern exit of Wayshireand follow the path further. This path will lead you to Greatwood Forest, which is not far from Ashenshire.

Ashenshire is quite an unusual city, as it is completely located between the trees of the local forest. To get there, you will need to climb up a rope. Finally, once you get to Ashenshire, look forMadonna The Stable Master NPC in the south of the town to give her the package.

Once you’ve done that,head back to Wayshire and talk to Jimmy the Stable Master NPCagain to complete the quest and get the saddle as a reward. To use it, approach the pet you have tamed andpress the E key.
