InHello Kitty Island Adventure, Friendship Island is a vast area made up of different biomes. You’ll start in Seaside Resort, the first area where you land after jumping out of the plane. However, not everyone from the plane will be in Seaside Resort. By finding Power Crystals and important equipment, you’ll be able to unlock new regions, including Gemstone Mountain.

you’re able to actually reach this area easily byactivating the ziplinein Spooky Swamp. This large, Old West-themed island is home to Pekkle and Pompompurin. Additionally, there are eight puzzle rooms waiting for you here—if your goal is to solve them, you’re in the right place!

Where To Find The Triple Trouble Puzzle Room

To enter this puzzle room,start from the Gemstone Townfast travel point. Then,follow the northeast pathuntil youreach a small pond.On thenorth side of this pond, you’ll find the entrance to the puzzle room.

You cannot open this puzzle room alone, soyou’ll need a companion to step on the two buttons in front of the entrance.The easiest companion to bring is Hello Kitty, who becomes available as a companion at friendship level two.

How To Solve The Triple Trouble Puzzle Room

Once inside, you’ll see five signs with white buttons in front of them. Two of these signs will have their symbol-facing side visible to you, while the others will not. Your goal is simple;press the white buttonsin front of the signs untilall symbols face you.However, pressing a button willrotate both that sign and any adjacent ones.To solve the puzzle, follow these steps:

Where To Find The Rotary Runaround Puzzle Room

This puzzle room is located in Crystal Caves. To reach Crystal Caves,start at the Gemstone Corralfast travel point,follow the path east, descend the ladder, andcontinue left.Eventually, you’ll find the entrance to Crystal Caves.

Once inside, you’ll need todive into the large central lake, sohaving a Snorkelis essential. Since this puzzle room’s entrance is quite deep,you’ll also need a Mermaid Outfit.

How To Solve The Rotary Runaround Puzzle Room

The inside of this puzzle room is quite spacious. You’ll find several white buttons that rotate the stone platforms. Each button rotates the platforms on its row. However, your main goal is toplace the golden cubes onto the yellow buttonsin the northern part of the room. Doing so will unlock access to the treasure chests.

First, you need topress the buttons on the west side of the roomto create a path from the button closest to the door to the leftmost golden cube:

Then, use the path you created topick up the first golden cube and carry it near the entrance door.From there,move to the rightmost torchand place the cube there. Use the button next to this torch and the southeastern button (to your right) tocreate a path between the southernmost buttonand the cube.

After placing the first cube,use the white button in the southeastern partof the room (near the first cube) and the button next to the torch on its left tocreate a path between the middle golden cube and the yellow buttonclosest to the treasure room.

From the button next to the torch, head north, jump, anduse your balloons to reach the cube.Then, place it on the yellow button:

Finally,use the button in the northwest corner of the roomand the button next to the torch below it tocreate a path between the last cube near the treasure room and the yellow buttonin the middle. Then, jump and use your balloon from next to the torch to reach the cube and place it on the yellow button:

Where To Find The Lost Launchers Puzzle Room

To reach this treasure room,go to the Oasis fast travel point and head to the right.You will find the entrance to the puzzle room there.

Keep in mind that you need to complete the Reef Revival quest to obtain the Rainbow Reef Star Fragment required to enter.

How To Solve The Lost Launchers Puzzle Room

Once you enter the room, your first goal is toactivate the red block.Use the air current from it with your balloon andfly north.

Activate the next red block andfly north again.After activating the next red block,fly left to reach the final red block.Activate it andfly to the wooden chest to open it.

Where To Find The Totem Tower Puzzle Room

To reach this puzzle room,start from the Gemstone Corralfast travel point andfollow the plank path to the left.Jump down by the zipline andproceed across the wooden bridge on the left.After reaching the Crystal Caves entrance,move north, and you will reach the puzzle room entrance. You will need a Rainbow Reef Star Fragment to enter.

How To Solve The Totem Tower Puzzle Room

Inside the room, you will see a totem created by stacked symbols, surrounded by buttons in various colors, each with a symbol on them. Your goal is to haveall the symbols on the totem face you.When you press a button, thecorresponding symbol on the totem and the indicators above it will rotate, while the lower ones will not. To do this, press the buttons as follows:

This will align all the symbols on the totem to face you, allowing you to reach the chest.

Where To Find The Gripping Gearworks Puzzle Room

To reach this puzzle room,start from the Gemstone Corral fast travel pointand follow the wooden plank path on the left.Jump down next to the ziplineand continue across the wooden bridge on the left toreach the Crystal Caves entrance.

Once inside, follow the plank path on the left andenter through the northern entrance.You will see the puzzle room entrance to the north, and you will need a Rainbow Reef Star Fragment to enter.

Where To Find The Whirly Whimsy Puzzle Room

To reach this puzzle room,start at the Gemstone Corralfast travel point andfollow the planked path to the left.Jump down by the zipline andproceed across the wooden bridgeon the left, which will lead you to the entrance of Crystal Caves.

Once inside, follow the planked path on the left andenter from the northern entrance.From here, head left, follow the planked path, andenter the orange glowing entrance.To the north of this room, you will find the entrance to the puzzle room. You will need a Rainbow Reef Star Fragment to enter.

How To Solve The Whirly Whimsy Puzzle Room

Although this puzzle room is quite large, the task is very simple. Your goal is tostep on all the purple buttonsin the room to deactivate the barrier around the chest. To do this:

This puzzle room is locatedin the coastal area southwest of Gemstone Mountain.If you’re having trouble finding it, start from the wooden platform with the Tophat symbol on the western side of the coast and head slightly northwest. Then, look north to find the entrance to the puzzle room.

You’ll need the Gemstone Mountain Star Fragment to enter, which can be obtained by completing the Revive The Oasis quest.

Once inside, you’ll see two green cubes. Take one andplace it further ahead between the entrance and the stairs.Activate this cube, and it will create a bridge to the upper area.

Next, grab the other green cube near the stairs andplace it on the green tile in the middle of the bridge.This will form another bridge leading to the top floor.

You won’t need to use the third green cube. Finally,take the red cubeand head to the highest level.Place it at the edge of the stone platformand activate it. Use the air current from the cube along with your balloons to rise up and reach the wooden chest.

Where To Find The Critical Climb Puzzle Room

This puzzle room is locatedon the eastern side of Gemstone Mountain’s shore.You’ll find it to the left of the broken wooden platform, which is marked with three stars and a tophat symbol on the eastern shore. To enter this puzzle room, you’ll need the Mount Hothead Star Fragment, which can be obtained by completing the Fire Up The Volcano quest.

How To Solve The Critical Climb Puzzle Room

This room is more of a parkour challenge rather than a puzzle, and it’s not particularly difficult. Once inside,climb the wall on the left.Then, cross over the gray stones, but be careful—they will fall if you stand on them for too long.

Climb the wall next to the torch, thencross over the gray stones on the left.After that, climb the next wall andactivate the red block.The air current from the red block will allow you to use your balloons tofly to the wooden chest in the southern part of the room.
