Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2is packed with side content that adds depth to the experience. While the main story is engaging and keeps you guessing about how things will unfold, taking the time to complete side quests gives you a better understanding of the characters and makes the game even more enjoyable.
These quests don’t always tie directly into the main storyline, but they often introduce their own narratives that help you explore the world in greater detail and experience everything the game has to offer. One particularly interesting storyline is the Guild, where Henry stumbles upon a small group and must decide whether he wants to become a part of it.
How To Start The German’s Treasure Quest
The German’s Treasureis a continuation quest from the Guild people, which means you must have completed Feast for the Poor, The Thieves’ Code, andBeyond the Grave.
After completing the last one, Beyond the Grave,wait a few in-game days, thenhead back to Rat at the Hole in the Wall tavern in Kuttenbergand speak to her. Ask her for work.
She will then ask you tosteal a treasure from the All Saints Tavern, and that’s when the German’s Treasure quest begins.
If you already completed theYackers ‘n’ Fashquest, then you should have already been to this location before.
How To Complete The German’s Treasure Quest
Before heading there, verify to skip time until night so most people will be asleep.
Make your way to the objective marker on the map, andyou will find the building, but the door is locked.Lockpick it, thengo to the basement by taking the second door on the right.
Once inside,head to the left, where you will finda suspicious wall. Interact with it toreveal the location of some mapsthat you can steal.
Just next to it, there will bea chestthat you can lockpick. Open it and take theOld Painted Statuette.
On the other side of the basement, you will find a guard sleeping. Near him, there will beanother chest that you can lockpick. Open it and take theBloodied Wedding Dress.
After collecting all three items, leave Kuttenberg and head west to find the trafficker.
On the outside of the tavern, you should seea lady sitting on a bench. Speak to her,say that Rat sent you, and pick the ‘I’ll have a big-eyed monkey’ dialogue option.
You will then need toconvince her to buy the stolen items fromyou since it’s all just junk and worthless; butyoucan hagglefor a fair price for your trouble. This will complete the German’s Treasure quest.
