If these needs drop too low, life will become uncomfortable at best–and fatal at worst. To keep your Zois happy, you’ll need to make sure their needs are met.
There are multiple needs for you to manage throughout the day, and some actions you take will deplete your needs faster than others. Here’s everything you need to know about the needs in InZoi and how to keep them full all day long.

How To Fulfill Needs
Zois have needs that must be met to keep them alive and content. These needs range from vital things likeeating and sleepingto more social aspects, likerecognition and energy. There are atotal of eight needsZois have–each with unique consequences.
Below, we’ve detailed the needs Zois have and how tokeep them highso your Zois are safe and happy.Don’t neglect these needsunless you want Zois tobe uncomfrtable and creep closer to a painful death.
How To Fill The Hunger Need
Hunger is a basic and straightforward need. Zoishave to eat to survive, and they’re not very picky. You canopen your fridgeto cook a meal, grab a snack, or head out into the city tofind a vendor or fast-food restaurant.
All food will fill the hunger need, thoughsome meals are more satisfyingthan others.
If you want to cook better meals, you’ll need topractice and improve your cooking skill. you’re able to alsoask others to cookmeals for you, though they won’t always agree to your request,
If the hunger need drops too low,Zois will die of starvation. Keep a close eye on this need!
How To Fill The Hygiene Need
Hygiene is an important part of a Zoi’s life. While being stinky won’t kill them, it willrepel other Zoisand effectively isolate your household. The best way toimprove your hygieneneed is totake a shower or bath.
Washing your hands is hygenic, but not nearly as effective.
You’ll want tokeep your Zois cleanas it correlates to other needs. Zoishave trouble being socialwhen they’re dirty, soa clean Zoi is a happy Zoi.
How To Fill The Sleep Need
Everyone needs sleep, and Zois are no different. If a Zoi goestoo long without sleep, they’ll become fatigued.Extreme fatigue can be fatal, so if you see your Zoi stumbling around, put them to bed!
A bed is the best way toget some sleep and recover, though naps can be taken on sofas as well. Zois willtake several hours to rest, so be sure to haveall time-sensitive tasks completedbefore going to bed for the night.
If there are other Zois in the household, you can control them while a Zoi sleeps.
How To Fill The Bathroom Need
As a direct result of eating, Zois will need to use the bathroom.A nearby toiletis the fastest way to deal with this need. If you’re out on the town,most venues will have a toiletavailable.

If this need gets too low,Zois will become uncomfortableand grow miserable. Helping themfind a safe and clean place to relieve themselveswill fix this.
How To Fill The Fun Need
Zois can’t just work without playing. Theyneed hobbies and relaxing activitiesto take their minds off the hustle and bustle of life whileblowing off some steam.
What each Zoi finds enjoyable will vary, so check their preferences for some ideas.
Some Zois willwant to play video gameswhile others will want to read or go out with friends. Zois that haven’t had enough free time toenjoy fun activitieswill slowly become miserable.
How To Fill The Social Need
It’s no fun being by yourself all the time, at least not when you’re a Zoi. The importance of socialization goes above and beyond just making friends.Socializing with other Zois can impact karma, which is the overall metric by which your city is measured.
For the social need, you’ll want tocall your Zoi’s friends to hangout, meet new people, and engage with the community. A bit offresh air and friendshipwill do wonders to meet this need.
How To Fill The Recognition Need
Recognition goes hand in hand with the social need, though itinvolves more karma. Zois want to beseen and recognized by their peers, which is easy to do witha high karma stat. However, those withterrible karma will have a harder time.
Zois are wary of those who have terrible karma, and thus make itfar less likely for successful social interactionsto occur in those relationships.Improving one’s karmawill make it easier to improve this stat, though it can be done with poor karma.
How To Fill The Energy Need
The last need kept in the toolbar is the energy need. Zoiscan become lethargicif they don’t have enough energy todo their daily tasks. While similar to sleep in thatyour Zoi needs to rest, you don’t need to go to bed.
Instead, Zois cansimply sit in a chair to restand recover some energy. Be mindful of what your Zois need andhow much their daily duties demand of themso you can keep them happy and healthy.
