Love And Deepspacehas added their first limited-time Caleb memory. In the new Painful Signal Wish Pool, you have a higher liklihood of pulling Caleb’s first limited five-star, Caleb: Painful Signal. Since Caleb only has six five-star memories in the permanent Xspace Echo pool and in the limited Sky’s Embrace pool, it’s worth it to try and pull Caleb: Painful Signal from this Wish Pool.
Alongside Caleb’s exciting new memory, you also have an opportunity to earn rewards for completing pulls in the limited pool. As with all limited pools before it, Painful Signal comes with seven reward levels to complete.
Painful Signal’s event period runs from5:00 Jun 15, 2025 to 4:59 July 12, 2025. Once the event window is closed, youwill not be able to obtainCaleb: Painful Signal byany other means. Caleb: Painful Signalwill not be addedto the Wishing Well Exchange Shop or Galaxy Explorer.
Event Memory - Caleb: Painful Signal
You will have16 daysto pull from the Painful Signal Wish Pool. During the event window, yourchances of drawing Caleb: Painful Signal are higherthan your chances of pulling a permanent five-star memory from the Wish Pool.
When you pull a five-star memory from the Wish Pool there is a50 percent chancethat the memory pulled will beCaleb: Painful Signal. You areguaranteed one five-starmemory forevery 70 pullsyou make in the Wish Pool.
After pulling 60 memoriesfrom the Wish Pool, if you have not earned a five-star memory,your oddsof pulling a five-star memory willincrease by ten percentonce you’ve made your61st wish. For every wish you make after your 61st wish, the odds willincrease by 10 percent until your odds become 100 percent.
However, once you’vepulled a five-star memory, regardless of how many pulls it took or whether it was Caleb: Painful Signal, thePity System will reset back to 70 pulls. Yourpity count will roll overto the next limited event Wish Pool, regardless of which character’s memory is showcased.
Additionally, if you pull a five-star memory that wasnot the showcased memory, you areguaranteedto pull the limited memory on your70th pull after that first five-starmemory. Unfortunately, this means that it cantake up to 140 pullsbefore you earn Caleb: Painful Signal.
Remember,Deepspace Wish: Limitedturn intoEmpyrean Wishesafter the event period ends. However, regular Deepspace Wishesroll overto the next limited event pool.
If you’re not aiming tofully rankCaleb: Painful Signal and only want to collect the memory for completion purposes,we don’t recommendpulling from the Wish Poolafter you’ve pulled your first copy. Instead, it’s better tosave your Deepspace Wishesfor the next limited event pool.
Since this isCaleb’s first limited pool, itcoincides with his character releasepool, Sky’s Embrace. If you have any Diamonds left over after pulling from Painful Signal, you’ll havebetter oddsof obtaining Caleb’s new memoriesfrom Sky’s Embraceassuming you chose them as yourpreferred five five-star memoriesfor that pool.
Caleb: Painful Signal Memory Stats
Sincevery few memorieswere released for Caleb’s character launch, you may want tocollect Caleb: Painful Signalto be used in your Caleb-specific combat team.
A combat teamneeds six memoriesin total (two Solarandfour Lunar) and since Calebonly has six total, including Caleb: Painful Signal, theonly wayto make a fully five-star Caleb team is tocollect this memoryand his five permanent five-stars.

When DEF is above 200, every 10 DEF more boosts your weakness DMG by 0.2%.
Thebest Protocoreto usewith Caleb: Painful Signal is a Protocore thatincreases DEF as it’s primary attribute. Protocores that increase DEF willoffer more Weakness DMGwhen attacking enemieswithout a shield. This can be a great way to beat heavy-hitting bosses.
Just remember, you need tomatch battle stellactrumto break shields more efficiently.

If you want tocomplete your collectionof Caleb’s memories, we recommendselecting all fiveof his permanent five-star memories.

Joyous Serenades
Joyous Serenades is a unique event thatdoes not occur in-gamelike most other events. During Joyous Serenades you mustchoose one of the five love intereststomake an appointmentwith. You have fromJanuary 20 to January 24to make your selections.
Once you have chosen a character to make an appointment with andonce that choice is lockedin at the end of the choice window, you willreceive a phonecallfrom himbetween January 28 and January 29.
Youcannot changeyour love interest choiceafter January 24,so choose wisely!
Special Inquiry
Special Inquiry is a rewards event meant toreward you for completing in-game tasksto commemorate Caleb’s character release. Completing tasks will give youupgrade rewards, memories, poses, backgrounds, and more.
This event only runs for16 days, so you need to log in consistently tomake the most of the offered rewards. Each day has its own unique list of tasks to complete, so you shouldaim to complete all of a day’s tasksbefore the next day’s tasks are revealed.
Special Inquiry runs fromJanuary 22 to February 8.
Festive Blessing
Festive Blessing is acombat eventin which you musthunt down Pumpkin Magusto earn various Linkon New Year rewards. You cancomplete combat stages,tasks, story stages, and evenmake a lanternwith the love interests.

There are a fewmiscellaneous eventsrunning alongside Painful Signal.
The10 Days With Youevent has returned, this time offering afour-star Caleb card,one Empyrean Wish, and 300 Diamonds,among other rewards. The event runs fromJanuary 22 to February 8.Caleb: Verified Rumorwill be added to thepermanent Galaxy Explorerpool after the event ends.

Double Rewards is a rewards event that gives youone free crate each day. These crates contain arandom Diamond amountbetween68 and 108 Diamonds. If you want to spend money, you canbuy a Double Passto double your daily Diamond reward. You have12 Double Pass chancestotal for the whole event.
Double Rewards run fromJanuary 22 to February 2.
InIllusioyou canalter the appearance of the love interestsin Kindled five-star memory moments for a brief period of time. You canonly altertheir appearancesduring the event windowfromJanuary 22 to February 7. You can alsochange your player character’s appearancefrom the Illusio menu.
You can enter Illusio through either thefive-star memory screenor theIllusio event tabin the events list.
Illusiowill not become a permanent feature, so take your snapshots and videos now while you can.
You can alsoselect one companion’s myth storyto read forfreebetweenJanuary 22 and February 7. After the event ends, youmust pull both myth memoriesto read the companions' myth stories.
There are alsotwo playtime eventsrunning currently. For a limited time, you haveincreased oddsof pulling the limited timeRain Deer plushiein the three-pronged claw machine. You will alsoearn an extra Meowco tokento be exchanged at the Kitty Counter to open thelimited Winter Series badge pack.
Finally, you are nowpermanently able to revisit completed Event Storiesfrom the newDeepspace Voyagetab. The tab willupdate after each eventends. From now on, this is the best place to go toreplay event storiesrather than scrolling endlessly through the Love Timeline.
Event storieswill still be logged in the Love Timelineas long as youcomplete themduring the event’s active period. Theywill notbe added if you useReverie Keysto unlock them in Deepspace Voyage.
