Keep in mind that these are not the only locations in the game where you’re able to get Deer Skin. There are other butchers and armourers in different locations, as well as certain traders who may have it for sale.
However, Kuttenberg city is the easiest one to reach, as you can fast travel there and get the materials quickly.
