Quick Links
Atomfallhas six different endings, and while many of them share common objectives, they’re all mutually exclusive. You’ll likely need multiple playthroughs to get them all, and a single misstep can be all it takes to lock you out of a specific storyline.
If you want to see all the possible endings, it’s a good idea to have a plan for each run after the first. That way, you can focus on just what you need for each. It’s also useful to have a save file in the Oberon Dig Site, so that you can potentially get multiple endings off of the same file.

This guide contains spoilers.
The Oberon Dig Site
Each ending requires you tofollow an ally NPC’s quest until they direct you to the Oberon Dig Site. Once you get there byrestoring power to the Interchange, you’ll have to decide what to do about Oberon. Broadly, there are three main ways to interact with the mysterious entity:
Each ally has different objectives concerning Oberon, and will only help you escape if you follow their instructions. If you go against their wishes in the endgame, they will attempt to kill you if you meet them again.

The Voice On The Telephone
The Operator’s ending is the most straightforward, and is essentially the “default” ending. You don’t have to do anything else butdestroy Oberon by any means necessary. The easiest way to do this is touse the self-destruct system.
If you’re trying to speedrun the game, you can just answer the phone once at the beginning and at the end, thengather Batteries, get the Signal Redirector from theField Station, and power the Interchange as quickly as possible. There’s no need to bother with the other NPCs.

Once Oberon is destroyed, return to the room you started the game in, in Bunker L8 at the southwest corner of Slatten Dale, and answer the phone one last time.
Lockouts
The Voice will not allow you to escape as long as Oberon lives; if you use the Growth Stimulant, your only way out of the Zone will be with Mother Jago. Using poison to kill Oberon will still satisfy the Operator, but it may be easier to escape with Doctor Holder, especially after going through all that trouble.
Captain Sims
Captain Sims won’t trust you unless you help him enforce the law in Wyndham Village. Investigate the baker’s missing husband as he asks and report back truthfully; he’ll give you a pass that will allow you to enter the Protocol camp and prison in Skethermoor. Go there andtalk to Doctor Garrowin her cell.
Tell Garrow you’ll let her out to get her to tell you about the Signal Redirector, then steal it and leave without freeing her. Tell Sims about the Signal Redirector, thengo to the Speaking Cave in Casterfell Woodsto recover his missing radio parts. On your return, he’ll tell you to destroy Oberon.

Use the self-destruct sequence to blow up the dig site, thengo to the Protocol Camp in Skethermoorto catch a helicopter ride out of the Quarantine Zone with Sims. If you go to the Village Hall where he usually is, there will be a note waiting for you, telling you where the meeting point is.
If you free Doctor Garrow and the other prisoners, you’ll be branded an enemy of the Protocol; Sims and his men will attack you on sight for the rest of the game, and will not cooperate with you in any way.

Doctor Garrow
Instead of leaving Doctor Garrow in prison, free herthen meet her at Central Processing in the Interchange. She’ll ask you toretrieve her notesfrom her former office in the Robotics Lab. Once she has them, she’ll give you the key to theDam Data Store.
Power up the Dam Data Store, then use commandGEN ERAat the console. If you’ve met Joyce, she’ll ask you to useGEN MOVEto make her a copy of the files. you’re able to do this, butdon’t tell Garrow about it.

After returning from the Dam, Garrow will ask you tocollect a sample from Oberon using the drill.Get the sample butotherwise leave Oberon alone, neither destroying nor empowering it. Go back to Robotics and talk to Garrow in her office, where you got the notes, and give her the sample to end the game.
If you read the redacted data at the Dam Data Store, or make a copy for Joyce, don’t tell Doctor Garrow about it, or she won’t trust you. Also,do not tell Doctor Holder where Garrow isafter freeing her; otherwise, he will go to the Interchange and kill her. You cannot stop him once you give him Garrow’s location.

Joyce Tanner
Joyce travels to the Interchange after Data Store Charlie is powered up, and moves into that room. Talk to her, and she’ll ask you toactivate the radio towers in Slatten Dale, Casterfell Woods, and Skethermoor.Once that’s done, she’ll instruct you toextract a sample of Oberon with the drill, then destroy the rest with the explosives.
If you go to the Dam Data Store and turn the power on, she’ll also demand that you make a copy of the data. If you erase the date or destroy Oberon without making a copy, she’ll stop helping you, but if you don’t activate the Dam she won’t request the tape.
Joyce will leave a voice recording in Data Store Charlie, telling you to meet her inCasterfell Woods.Go to the coordinates she listed, near the Garden Centre, and give her the Oberon Sample to escape.
Joyce’s priority is the Oberon Sample. If you don’t extract it with the drill and retrieve it from the refiner at the left side of the dig site before destroying Oberon, or refuse to give it to her, she won’t help you escape. The same goes for refusing to give her the top-secret data if you have it.
Doctor Holder
Go to the Medical Wing of the Interchange andget the Church Cellar Keythere. Use it to meet Doctor Holder and get hisExperimental Inoculation. He’ll send you back to Medical toretrieve Sample One.Go deeper into the facility and retrieve it from the operating theater, thenescape through the tunnels.
Give Sample One to Holder, then rescue Doctor Garrow if you haven’t already; tell him that she’s at the Interchange, and he’ll go there to kill her. After that, he’ll give you the modified Sample One, designed to kill Oberon.
Load Sample One into the fire suppression systemto the left of the control room, then open the valves to either side of the meteorite and activate the system. The poison will kill the Oberon organism.
Where Is Doctor Holder After Killing Oberon?
Doctor Holder is hard to find after deploying Sample One. Leave the Interchange as if you were going to Slatten Dale; there will be a firefight between Protocol and Outlaws blocking the way.Use grenades to clear both sidesand deactivate the turrets, thenfollow the signs for Medicalto find ladders that will bring you back down to the tunnels.
Protocol Soldiers will be in the lower depths of the Interchange where they weren’t before, so stay on your guard.
Go to the tunnels andsqueeze through the spore-filled crackdirectly ahead of you upon entering. Look for Holderin the area to your left after passing through the cloud, and talk to him to finish the game.
While it’s not technically a lockout, getting back to Holder under the church after freeing Doctor Garrow can prove difficult, since the soldiers in Wyndham Village will all be hostile to you. Be ready to fight your way to him.
Mother Jago
If yourecover Mother Jago’s bookfor her in Casterfell Woods, she’ll give you an Offering that prevents druids from attacking you. Place it on the altar at the back of the Speaking Cave, and she’ll meet you outside afterward.
Express interest in the Voice In The Soil, and she’ll tell you about the Growth Serum. Follow Doctor Holder’s Storyline, being sure toget the Growth Serum from the Medical Tunnelsduring your escape after retrieving Sample One.
Instead of loading Sample One into the fire suppression system, deploy the Growth Serum to make Oberon more powerful. Instead of druids, you’ll have to fight Protocol soldiers, including Sims himself, on your way out.
Go to the druids' castle in southwest Casterfell Woods. If you previously defeated the High Priestess, you can use the back door that you unlocked behind her altar. Talk to Mother Jago at the Oberite Pit, thenjump into itto complete the game.
You need to convince Mother Jago that you believe in the cause of the Voice if you want her to help you, so don’t dismiss her faith in conversation. She doesn’t mind if you kill druids, though.
This goes without saying, but killing any of the above characters will prevent you from getting their ending.
