Late inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s story, you’ll take on a quest called Hunger and Despair. After a long time defending their castle, Henry and the gang are tired, hungry, and will do anything for some food. This leads you to having to do something you probably never expected to do.
Godwin, Musa, Sam, and Kubyenka all jokingly suggest making soup from Mrs. Frenzl’s shoes. However, you need to get them from the chest in her room. That’s easier said than done. you may’t just walk up the stairs and grab them from an open cupboard.
How To Get Lady Frenzl’s Shoes
Once the plan is finalised, you need tohead into the main part of the fortress, up the stairs in the courtyard. Goup to the second floor from the topand look for the bedroom in the corner.
There will bea guard on a bench outside. You can ask the guard to go away, or you cango in and close the doorso that he doesn’t hear you rummaging around.
The shoes you’re after are in the chest in that room. TheLockpickis medium difficulty, soopen it and grab the shoesif you can. You’re looking forLambskin Shoesin there.
The higher your Thievery skill is, the easier you’ll find lockpicking. There’s a chance you won’t be able tolockpickthe chest in Lady Frenzl’s room at all.
How To Open Lady Frenzl’s Chest Without ALockpick
If you don’t have the lockpicking skill to open the chest, you’ll need to get the key to the chest. To do so, you’ll need tofind Captain’s Wife Gerda.
She’s not called Lady Frenzl as you walk around, you’re looking for the name Captain’s Wife Gerda in the bottom right of the screen.
Once you’ve found her, talk to her andbe honest about what you want her shoes for. She won’t be as freaked out by your request as you might expect.
Then,say “The shoes have no use to you anymore"when you have the option to. You’ll be given Lady Frenzl’s chest keys and can head back up to the room with the chest inside.
With the keys in hand, you shouldn’t have to worry about the guard at all. You’ll be able toopen the chest without him asking why you’re there.
Once you have theLambskin shoes, go back outside and give them to Musa. He’ll then make the horrible soup and you’re able to feed Hans.
