InSquirreled Away, you’ll spend most of your time trying out parkour moves between the treetops in the forest, but there’s much more to do if you want to fully explore the park. Thankfully, we’ll walk you through how to break through one of the first obstacles you’ll find.
When you’re tired of the Forest Nook, you can advance to the fountain-laden region of the park, filled with flowers, nuts, and hidden treasures. The only issue is the giant stone wall barring you from entering and unlocking a wealth of new resources. Here’s how to get over that pesky wall and embrace your life as a squirrel.
Where To Find Daredevil
When you first arrive in the Forest Nook, there are a lot of things to do that you couldn’t before on Sunrise Isle. You canbuild your first home, fish around the rivers, and face off against a vicious dog.
When you getcomfortable with your surroundingsand want to progress, you’ll need toseek out Daredevil.
Head towards thegiant stone wallwith the cannons at the base. Daredevil the squirrel standsbeside a cannon.He’s eager to test it out, but there areseveral missing pieces. Daredevil asks you to recover them for him.
How To Repair The Cannon
The cannon needs three missing pieces:the fuse, some gunpowder, and a pair of safety glassesfor the cannon ball squirrel. There arethree park residentsthat have these items, but they won’t give them up easily.
How To Get The Fuse From Molly
The first item on your list is the fuse for the cannon, which Molly has. You’ll need tofind her in the western regionof the parkby a dig site near the ruins. You’ll need to help hercomplete her treasure huntbefore she hands over the fuse.

How To Get The Gunpowder From Patty
Next, you must get the gunpowder for the cannon. Patty the Archaeologist has it, and she’s hidden in the treesnot far from the dog houseand map board. She’ll hand over the gunpowder after you help herrecover five bone fragmentsfrom the dog’s yard–careful not to get caught!

How To Get The Safety Glasses From King Needlenose
Finally, you’ll need a pair of safety glasses. You can get them fromKing Needlenose in the ruinsto the west, though he won’t give them to a peasant. You’ll need to help himget rid of the toxic mushroomshiding in his domain first.

After you’ve gathered all the materials,head back to Daredevilto tell him the good news! He’ll prepare the cannon and fire the first shot. Though it fails, he doesn’t give up.
Hop onto the cannonone more time to have Daredevil launch you into the wall, shattering the stones and granting youaccess to the next areain the park!
