World of Warcrafthas no shortage of vast capital cities to explore, from the human capital in Stormwind to the Blood Elf capital in Silvermoon City. Of the capital cities is the Undermine, the subterranean home to the Goblins that was once thought to be destroyed by the Cataclysm. However, a hole in the wall in the Ringing Deeps has proven that it is still alive and thriving…and in danger.
Filled with speeding cars and black-blood crazed workers, you must explore the Undermine to stop Chrome King Gallywix in his tracks. Luckily, we’ve got a guide to get to started.
How To Get To The Undermine
If you havecompleted the War Within campaign on at least one character, you should automatically get the quest “When Opportunity Explodes” as soon as you log in. This quest will take you to Monte Glazlowe in theRinging Deepsbefore starting abrief questline to get to Undermine, ending with “Down Undermine”.
Below is the chain of quests that you will have to complete.
While there may be a fair bit of quests, they are not too challenging and can becompleted easily on any character level 80 or higher.
How To Unlock The Undermine Portal
Once you have found the Undermine, you may complete aquick quest to get easy access viaportal. Simply head to thepurple exclamation markon the mapnear Slam Central Stationand talk toRustol,who will give you the quest “Test Run.” Once you’ve completed the quest, you will be able to access Undermine via a portal in Dornogal at 52.3 50.6.
Once you have unlocked the portal to Undermine, it will be available on every warband character.
