Getting Shears inAloftbecomes important if you are done exploring the Emerald Isles. After crafting it, you will be able to go to Fallen Heights to see what the second Biome has to offer. With Shears, you can obtain wool from your fluffy animals such as Alpaca and Sheep.

To craft wool, you need resources that you can gather at the islands easily. However, there is a lot more processing required to get your desired wool fabrics. Using the wool sails, you can go much further by riding your home island. Using wool threads, you can also craft a Loom which you need to process other fabrics.

The Stone Pickaxe can be crafted with one sharp stone, one stone, and one wood.

How To Get Wool

If you venture to Emerald Isles, you will often find afew Sheep or Alpacas roaming around. you may take theseanimals back to your farmbyusing Hayand care for them. Eventually, they willgrow wool, which you can take by using Shearsby standing next to them. They will regrow wool repeatedly if you feed them well.

If you find sick animals, you’re able to cure themby using Antidotes.

Wool is a useful resource as it lets youcraft useful machinerysuch as theLoom and Spinner. To make Wool Cloth, you need to build theLoom using Wool Threads.
