Trophies inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2come in all types and shapes, but many are missable and tied to specific quests. These trophies can only be earned by completing certain objectives during those quests, and once the quest is over, there’s no way back to complete them unless you start a new game.
After you reach the main quest The Lion’s Den in the Kuttenberg region, you will need to kill three commanders - Chertan, Grozav, and Katz - before the mission ends in order to earn the Hydra’s Head trophy. To do so, you’ll need to follow a specific pattern to complete the quest, and this guide will explain step by step how to do it.
This trophy is missable, as it can only be earned during the The Lion’s Den main quest.
Midway throughthe Lion’s Den quest,Captain Chertan will be automatically killedas part of the story, leaving you to deal with only the remaining two:Grozav and Katz.
Once you get the objective ‘Search the spot where Chertan was stabbed’, this is where things start.
How To Kill Grozav
After you complete the conversation with Katz, you will findsome blood on the floorjust in front of where Henry is standing. Follow it to the room on the left side, where you will find a cannon.
Inside,ensure to examine both the cannon and the floorto update the quest’s objective. This is important for later.
Continue forward until you reach the objective that tells you to search multiple tents inside the camp.
Start with Grozav’s Tent, located to the west, and inspect the table that has wine and herbs on it, just to the right side of the tent. This is also needed for later.
Next, simply progress through the other objectives, search the remaining tents, and when you’re done, skip time to the morning. Then, make your way to Katzfor the trial to begin.
During the trial,there are certain dialogue options you need to choose in order to accuse Grozav of the murder, which leads to him being killed. These dialogue options are in this order:
This will trigger Grozav to get angry and attack everyone, including you.This is your chance to have him killed.
How To Kill Katz
Now, the last commander you need is Katz, and you can kill himtoward the end of this quest. It will direct you totrigger an ambush on Katz and his soldiers.
Here is your chance to kill Katz, but first, you need todeal with all the other soldiers. Finally, to the left, you willsee Katz crawling out from under his horse. As soon as you kill him,the Hydra’s Head trophy/achievement will unlock.
