Restoring corrupted islands inAloftcan be dangerous as the fungus creatures swarm on you from every corner of the island as soon as you land. Additionally, some corrupted nodes have tentacles that will swipe at you, damaging your health and knocking you into the air. Sometimes, being up close and personal with a sword or dorkip can be deadly, no matter how much health you have.

How To Craft A Bow And Arrow
When it’stime for you to inevitably fight the Leviathan boss, if you don’t already have a bow and some arrows, you’re going to struggle quite a bit.
To craft your first bow and arrows, you’re going to needaccess to the second biome, Fallen Heights, as that’s where you’ll encounter pheasants. These birds leave feathers and eggs on the ground when they’re well-fed, andthe feathers are what you’ll need.

Once you have some feathers,head over to your Crafting Benchto learn the recipe. You’ll need:
As long as you keep at least two pheasants on your home island, and keep them fed with plenty of grain, you’llnever run out of feathers for your arrows.

Different Types Of Arrows
There aretwo different types of arrowsyou can make in Aloft. The first one is theStone Tipped Arrow, which you can start making after you first make your bow.
The second type, theBone Tipped Arrows, you won’t be able to make until you’vereached the third biome, Red Cliffs. The desert biome is where you’ll find thebones and dark woodthat you’ll need for this arrow.
The crafting recipe for each arrow type makes asmall bundle of three arrows at once, so you don’t have to worry about using too many resources to craft arrows.
