Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2is finally here, bringing us a vast, sprawling, and densely packed world to explore, filled to the brim with things to see and do that can be borderline overwhelming when you first start your journey. And, if you’re looking for an early pick-me-up, you will want to claim your Bonus Items if you pre-ordered or purchased the Gold Edition of the game.
While these items won’t give you a substantial boost, they will outfit you with some excellent starting equipment, allowing you to save your Groschen early on, making them extremely beneficial in that sense. Nonetheless, if you have access to this content, we strongly recommend tracking them down, as they will be helpful in your adventures!
How To Claim Pre-Order Bonuses
If youpre-orderedKingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you will have access to aspecial side-questcalledThe Lion’s Crest,sending you on aTreasure Huntthat is filled withriddles and adventure,ultimately leading to a complete set ofBrunswick’s Armor.
You will gain access to this questline after youcomplete the’Laboratores’main mission,which will finally allow you to explore the vast and open world. Once you can roam aroundTroskowitzfreely, open your Map and look for thePurple Shield icon,head to it, andspeak with Gaiblto begin the questline.
How To Claim Gold Edition Bonuses
Before you can gain access to your valuable Gold Edition itemsin Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you must firstcomplete the’Laboratores’main missionand gain access to that sweetopen-world explorationyou’ve been waiting for. Once you have reached this point, you will be tasked with finding a way to get an invite to the Wedding Party.
From here, you’re able to either head to thenorthandobtain the help of the Blacksmith, Radovan,or head to thesouthtogain assistance from Kreyzl, the Miller.Either of these options will lead you to your Gold Edition items, sochoose whichever one seems more enticingfor you and your needs.
As these areoptional quests during the’Wedding Crashers’main mission,we recommend tackling at least one of them as soon as possible, as they willprovide excellent benefits early onthat will help you out tremendously well beyond your Gold Edition items and bonuses!
Working For Your Items
Afterchoosing which trade you want to pick up,speak withRadovan or Kreyzlandask them about the available job.Your skill will betested on the spot,giving you aquick rundown of the basicsof the job. These are more or lesstutorials,so you may’t really fail them, sogo through the motions and follow the directionsuntil you complete them.
Do a good job here,as you will get tokeep whatever you make,which can be useful, especially in the early goings of the game. Nonetheless,after you finish the brief tutorialon adequately carrying out the job and its requirements, you canmove on to the next step!
Aftergaining access to your chambers,westrongly recommend traveling to the other trade before moving forward with the main quest,as both will give you valuable information. You willeventually have to make a choiceon which one you want to help you get into the Wedding Party, butyou can work for both of them up to that point,which will be extremely useful and valuable!
We recommend starting with Radavan first, as you will gain access to your chambers sooner. Kreyzl’s is a bit more involved and will take a tad bit longer to get through. Play up until you can ask them to get you into the Wedding Party, then travel to the other trade and follow their quest until they can assist you in getting into the Wedding Party. From here, the choice is yours, and you can safely continue with the main story (or exploring the world)!
Accessing Your Gold Edition Items
Uponcompleting your first day’s work,you willgain access to a private chamber,allowing you tosleep and store items in a Chestwithin the room. Make your way to your new room andopen your Chest to find all your Gold Edition itemswaiting for you inside.
Here, you will find theShields of Seasons Passingand theGallant Huntsman’s Kit items,giving you a decent headstart regarding armor. If youlink yourPROS accountwith your Twitch account,this is also where you willacquire your Twitch Dropsafter watchingselect streamsfor a set amount of time.
Oncein-game,open thePause Menu,navigate toDLCs & Extras,and scroll down to theExtrassection. From here, select thePROSoption tolink your PROS account to your Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation account,allowing you to receive unique PROS rewards, as well as your Twitch Drops!
Linking your PROS account to your Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation account will give you access to the Lords of Skalitz Caparison. After linking your accounts, you can find this item within your Chest after completing the steps above!
