The Fireworks Isles is a festive area inInfinity Nikkiwith more story content and quests. Not all festivals are free from troubles, and it seems like Nikki must get to the bottom of it at the Gloomy Cavern. However, you will find the gate leading to it locked.
Unlocking the gate will also give you more chances to use your newly acquired Fireworks outfit in the story quest. Using the launchers in different locations will solve the puzzle while the sky is shimmering with dazzling works. You will then be prepared to face the boss lurking inside.
How To Unlock The Gloomy Cavern
As you progress through theShowdown! The Gloomy Cavern questin the Fireworks Isles, you will run into a peculiar gate. You need to unlock it togain access to The Gloomy Cavernand beat the threat inside.
Outside the gate, you willfind a stone tablet,and if you interact with it, you will findthree marks on it that hint towards specific locationsin Fireworks Isles. At these locations, you will findfirework launchers, which you need to set off to unlock the gate. You can interact with themusing the Fireworks outfit.
These are portable launchers, so you do not need to reload them with the fireworks you own.
Launcher 1
Gloomy Cavern
The first one is foundnear the same Stone Tablet, just head back in a straight directionfrom it and you will spot it in the open.
Launcher 2
Crescent Moon Ruins
To find the second one, you need to go all the way to theCrescent Moon Ruins. To reach there you can justfollow the path from the Gloomy Cavern. However,teleporting to the Crescent Shoal Warp Spire and going northwestis the quickest way to get there. You willfind the launcher in the middle of the building.
Launcher 3
Flaming Forest
Flaming Forest is quite far from the Gloomy Cavern. To get there quickly,teleport to the Songbreeze Highland Foothills Warp Spire, and godirectly southto reach the final launcher. You will find thelauncher among the brick debrishere.
You will run into many Esselings on your way, so be ready for combat!
