Have you purchased a device from the Service Shop inRepo, only to realize once its energy was depleted it would be useless, forcing you to have to buy it again?
Well, it actually doesn’t have to be that way. You can recharge your weapons and devices using energy crystals and that weird-looking machine in your truck, saving you thousands of dollars in re-buying weapons and gear. Let’s go over how you can get your hands on some of these energy crystals, and how you can use them to recharge items.
How To Get Energy Crystals
Energy crystals can be found in the Service Shop that you’ll visit between each level, andthey’ll usually run you between $7,000 and $14,000.
For the first couple of levels, you won’t need any energy crystals, sofocus your money on upgrades and health instead.
By level three, you’ll start earning more money and possibly begin purchasing weapons and drones. When you do, you will want toinvest in some energy crystals as well.
How To Use Energy Crystals
When you purchase energy crystals from the shop and then go to the next stop,you won’t see any energy crystalswhere your purchases usually sit on the truck.
Instead,look at the device with the energy symbolat the back of the truck. The meter on the right will have filled up a little bit, and you’ll see theenergy crystals you bought inside the machine.
Now, when you have a device that needs to be recharged, like a stun gun, for instance,just drop it in the basin on the leftof the machine. The machine will glow for a few seconds, and then youritem will be fully recharged!
Since many of the devices you’ll buy in the shop can cost upwards of $30,000 - $50,000,using energy crystals will save you a lot of money in re-buying items.
