How To Start Primum Nil Nocere Quest
ThePrimum Nil Nocerequest can only bestarted and completed toward the end of the Thunderstone side questin the game, where you need to find theThunderstone.
Whenyou meet Mlada,ask her about the stone. Mlada does have the stone, and she believes it will help heal her husband, Peter.

As part of a deal,she will ask you to help treat her husband, and in exchange, she will give you the Thunderstone.

How To Treat Peter
In the bedroom,you will find Peter lying on the bed sick. you’re able to interact with him toexamine him. Do both options, but you won’t get any results.
Interrupt the examinationand gospeak to Mlada again for a bit more information. This will give you an additional dialogue option when you speak to Peter next, which says ‘You don’t sleep much at night?’
After completing the conversation with him, you will now know what needs to be done. If you don’t,you need to give himChamomile Brew.
If you already have one in your inventory, you will have the option to hand it over to him immediately.
If not,you’re able to brew one yourself. Thankfully, bothChamomileandSageareavailable for purchase at the Grocerin the center of the town.
With both items in hand, make your way tothe alchemy bench north of the village, where you can brew the Chamomile Brew.
In order to brew Chamomile Brew, you need to:
Finally, all you have left to do isgo back to him,hand over the Chamomile Brew, and thenwait a day before checking backon him to see if the treatment worked.
The treatment will work, and you will find Peter not at home as he went to work.Mlada will be thankful, and thiswill complete the Primum Nil Nocere quest.
She will give you the Thunderstone as a reward for helping, which will allow you to complete the Thunderstone quest.
