Kaiserpunktakes a lot of management if you want to succeed. From building your city to fighting global wars, you need to balance long-term planning iwth short-term needs. If you’re good at this game, you deserve a medal… or at the very least, some Achievements to show off on your profile.
If you’re planning your next campaign around getting as many Achievements as possible, give this guide a read. Not only does it have the requirements for each of the game’s 51 awards, but it also includes tips on how to unlock them all.

Alignment
Choose any Social Pillar.
Your first Social Pillar is unlocked at 500 population, and can be chosen from the Town Center.
Animal Farm
Have 10 Ranches in the same city.
You’ll likely need this many in the late game to feed your Manufacturers, Technicians, and Specialists.
Business Conglomerate
Have a Market, Trade Port, and Airport in the same city simultaneously.
City
Have a total population of 10,000.
Trade for Needs and Luxuries that you can’t produce on your own if you need to free up workforce for military production.
Dereliction Of Duty
Cause your people to rise up in rebellion.
Start a new game and don’t build any Farms or Bakeries. Without any food, people will eventually riot.
Farm Boy
Produce a total of one million Grain.
Build a lot of Grain Fields early and let them work as you play through the campaign. Be sure to have Warehouses to store the excess, or export frequently.
Fire It Up!
Lose 50 buildings to fire.
Don’t build any Fire Stations; the builidings have to be allowed to burn down completely. It’s probably best if you use a burner save file for this.
Life Of Leisure
Produce one million of any Luxury.
Clothes and Newspapers are the most in-demand Luxury Goods, so focus on those early.
Lumberjack
Produce one million Wood.
You need to build a Forester at the beginning of a new game, but you’ll want to have several more built and fully upgraded eventually to hit a total production of a million.
Megalopolis
Have a total population of 20,000.
Pay careful attention to Morale at this stage, as shortages can get out of control very quickly.
Over Troubled Waters
Build 25 bridges.
Choose a map with lots of rivers or islands to make bridges worth the upkeep. Yakutsk is a good choice for this.
Play With Matches
Have a fire destroy a building.
Mines and Smelters far from a Fire Station are at the most risk; alternately, you could just not build any Fire Stations until at least one building burns down.
Production Line
Have a Direct Link between two buildings.
Place your initial Lumber Yard within the radius of your first Forester.
Real Estate Agent
Have 500 houses and/or highrises simultaneously.
Houses are much cheaper and take up less space, but hold far fewer people.
Rockefeller
Have $100,000,000 in cash on hand.
Keep your income positive by ensuring that everyone’s Luxury needs are met, and don’t expand too much on the World Map since regions have high upkeep costs.
To The Skies
Build a Skyscraper.
Skyscrapers are expensive and require a lot of building materials, so verify you can handle the cost.
Use highrises to quickly grow your population.
Utopia
Have all four citizen classes at maximum Needs, Luxuries, Education, and Morale.
Cluster your residential buildings together so that they are all within coverage for public services, and remember that schools can only provide Education to citizens of the same tier.
Valued Customer
Trade with the smuggler 100 times in the same playthrough.
Use the smuggler totop off important resourcesso that you never run out.
Village
Have a total population of 1,000.
You’ll reach this tier quickly in the opening phases of the game.
White House
Fully upgrade your city center.
Your city center upgrades with each Social Pillar, so you may reach the final tier at 50,000 population.
Warfare Achievements
These are awarded for gameplay related to Kaiserpunk’s World Map, warfare, and diplomacy.
A Friend!
Get an alliance with another nation.
Use frequent trade deals of all three types to build up your relations with your prospective ally.
Again?
Start in the British Isles and control Deccan (India), South Africa, and all of Australia.
You may need to restart several times in Western Europe to start in Britain. Aggressively pursue Military Development to get Landing Craft as soon as possible.
Al Norte
Start in South America and completely control both North and South America.
The Forest or Mountain Heritage will give you an advantage in many American regions' terrain.
Annihilation
Destroy any enemy army.
You should be able to get this one just by eliminating a neigboring Minor Nation army.
Attention!
Have an army with all eight unit slots filled.
A battalion of 8 Militia is weak, but cheap and easy to fill for the Achievement.
Blitzkrieg
Conquer an enemy capital within one month of declaring war on them.
Either declare war when you have an easy shot at their capital, or wait until the late game when you have multiple large armies that can perform a fast, coordinated offensive.
Braving The Winter
Start anywhere in Central Europe and control all of Asia.
Don’t neglect your navy, since you’ll need it to take Japan and the Pacific Islands.
Convincing
Ally with a nation whose political stance is the opposite of yours.
Keep them placated with frequent trade deals, especially shipments of military goods. Your stance is determined by your choice of Social Pillars (those on the left side of the menu shift you toward blue, the right shifts you toward red).
Downfall
End any campaign in defeat.
Declare war on an enemy and let them take your capital.
Eating Boots And Belts
Let an army’s supply reach “poor.”
Deploy a unit that you may’t supply; i.e., deploying Tanks without having a source of Diesel, then wait.
Gaining Sea Legs
Deploy a fleet.
The cheapest possible navy is a single Corvette unit, which needs only three ships.
Growing Wings
Deploy an air squadron.
Recon Biplanes are cheap to build, but Blimps are probably more useful unless you find yourself at war with another nation with who has air power.
How Tables Have Turned
Start in Africa and control all of Europe.
You can march through the Middle East via Sinai and into Europe without a navy, but you’ll need one eventually to take Britain.
Impetuous
Conquer the West Balkans region without using any Tanks.
Use Artillery and Bombers to deal additional damage if you need more firepower.
Independence!
Let a region rebel against you.
Let a region’s stability reach zero by letting enemies constantly attack it, or by letting Minor Nation armies surround it for a long time.
Land Bridge
In Tutorial Chapter 3, conquer Asia Minor without loading troops onto a fleet.
You can either declare war on your ally and blitz through the Balkans, or go the long way around the Black Sea.
Lord Of War
Successfully get a Military Deal convoy to its destination.
Pick a trade partner with whom you share a border with, allowing a direct route to between your capitals.
Master Of The World
Control the entire map.
This will take patience and a massive city, and you won’t be able to trade with anyone once you’ve eliminated all the other nations.
Never-Ending War
Be at war for one year, non-stop.
It doesn’t have to be the same war, just be sure to declare war against a new enemy before signing peace with the old one. Even a moment without being at war with anyone will cause the timer to reset.
Ruins Of A Nation
Destroy any other nation.
Most other countries on the map start out more powerful than you, so don’t rush straight into a war.
Sea Wolf
Win 5 naval battles in the same campaign.
You’ll probably need to go late into a campaign for this one, and fight a war with an island nation or one on another continent. Build and supply Battleships and attempt to have air support from Bombers to ensure your victory.
Diplomatic Victory is probably the easiest for first-time players.
Miscellaneous Achievements
These Achievements don’t quite fit into either of the above categories, but you’ll need them to get to one hundred percent all the same.
The Navigator
Finish the second Tutorial chapter.
Chapter 2 continues with the same city you used in Chapter 1, so do them in order.
The Closing Play
Finish the third Tutorial chapter.
Chapter 3 starts you at a big deficit since all of your productiuon buildings need to get up to speed; don’t worry about it, you’ll be in the black before your city goes bankrupt. Just focus on winning the war.
Graduation
Finish all three chapters of the Tutorial.
It’s best if you just get these out of the way before starting your first proper campaign.
