To be a respectful Shinobi or Samurai, you’ll want to sheath your weapon when talking to people or walking through quiet villages inAssassin’s Creed: Shadows. Thankfully, you can do that at the press of a button whenever you want.
While that’s something simple, there’s a trophy and achievement to unlock that involves sheathing your weapon at the right time. This is a little trickier, requiring you to complete a few steps alongside the basics of putting your weapons away.

How To Sheath Weapons
Getting the simple part out of the way first, you can sheath your weapon by holding right on the d-pad on Xbox and PlayStation. Whatever weapon you’re using, that’ll see either Naoe or Yasuke sheath it.
You need to hold the button to sheath your weapon as pressing it will just swap the weapon you’re using.

It won’t help you for the Final Hearing trophy or achievement, but both characters will also automatically sheath their weapon after a fight is over.
Final Hearing Trophy/Achievement
To unlock the Final Hearing trophy and achievement, you need tosheath your weapon immediately after an enemy dies from the Bleed effect.
The first thing you need to do isfind and equip a weapon that deals Bleed damage. Once you have one, wait until you’re facing just one enemy andwhittle down their health. Once they’re low on health, ensure they’re affected by Bleed andstop attacking while they’re taking damagefrom it.
Once they die, quickly hold right on the d-pad to sheath your weapon. If you do it quickly enough, the trophy or achievement will pop right away.
If you want to look especially cool when unlocking the trophy, attempt it as Naoe with a Katana equipped.
