The characters inHello Kitty Island Adventurereally love their food. From ice cream to unique sodas, you can concoct anything with the ingredients found around the island. Once you make it to City Town, you’ll also be able to use the Chef’s Station, which can initially be used to cook Mochi.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at all you need to know about the Chef’s Station in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This will cover the initial food that you can make, as well as all other food types that will eventually become available for you.

How To Unlock The Chef’s Station
In order to unlock the Chef’s Station, you will first need tounlock and visit City Town, as well asmeet Usahana. Once this has been done,you’ll need to unlock the Imagination Cafe,which is donethrough the quest called A Whole New Menu. To start this quest, you’ll need to havefriendship level three with Usahana.
This quest tasks you with visiting Hello Kitty and Chococat, and thenfinding the Colorful Key, which unlocks the doors to the cafe.After you’ve completed A Whole New Menu, you’ll be able to start making Mochi right away. The cafe won’t officially be open, butyou can come and go whenever you want.

Every Mochi Recipe
Before making Mochi,you’ll need to make some Rice Flour.From the Chef’s Station main menu, you’ll see therectangular Rice Flour icon, which takes one serving of Rice to make five flour.This needs to be done before you make any Mochi.
Once you have enough Rice Flour, you’ll need toclick on the Mochi icon and choose the flavor.Unlike other recipes in Hello Kitty Island Adventure,Mochi only takes one ingredient.Below, you can check out all Mochi options.

How To Make Dango
After reachingfriendship level six with Usahana,you’ll be able to makeDango.Rather than having different recipes,Dango is based on the Mochi used.To make one Dango, you’ll need the following items.
If you make Dango with three Sweet Mochi,then you’ll get a Triple Sweet Dango.If you use two different types, like two Sweet and one Spicy, thenyou’ll get Double Sweet Spicy Dango.Finally, if all three are a different flavor, then all three types will display. For example, if you added in a Chocolate Mochi,you’d get Sweet Spicy Chocolate Dango.
How To Make Boba
After reachingfriendship level ten with Usahana and completing the quest Tea Time,you’ll be able to makeBoba.This works a bit differently than other recipes at the Chef’s Station, as there are a lot more combinations.
First and foremost, you’ll need tocombine Tea Leaves with at least one of the following.
Drinks with Coral Milk will haveMilk in the title,and drinks with Tapioca will haveBoba in the title.If you make a drink with milk butno Tapioca, it will just be a milk tea.For Honeycomb, the amount you addchanges the sweetness indicated in the title.
No Honeycomb isunsweet,one Honeycomb issemi-sweet,two Honeycomb issweet,and three Honeycomb isvery sweet.This is themaximum amount of Honeycombthat you may add to a drink.

Onigiri & Snow Ice Recipes
Lastly, we have Onigiri and Snow Ice. After obtaining the recipe card for Onigiri, you’ll be able to make it. This card isfound in the Sewers, which needs to be unlocked through the quest Above and Below.All Onigiri requiresRice, a Seaweed Sheet(this is made out of Seaweed found in the Sewers),and another ingredientthat we’ve specified in the table below.
Snow Ice, on the other hand,becomes available after you complete the quest called Room for Dessert.To make Snow Ice, you’ll first need tomake Shaved Ice with one Snowcicle.You’ll learn the Shaved Ice recipe through the quest, soyou don’t need to go searching for it.
