Summary

Despite continued radio silence when it comes to news onKingdom Hearts 4,Square Enixhas kept a steady flow of merch tied to previous games in the series coming our way. Joining that flow on July 23, 2025, is a range ofHalloween Town jackets and hoodies, all of which are available to pre-order now ahead of their official release this weekend.

Based on Disney’s Nightmare Before Christmas, Sora has visited Halloween Town several times throughout the series, although the world was omitted fromKingdom Hearts 3. Perhaps new merch centered around the world is evidence it will return in Kingdom Hearts 4.

Maybe getting a bit ahead of myself there. Let’s focus on what we have and not what we might get, and that’s Square’s new range of Halloween Town merch. The longer of the two jacket typeshas Sora, Donald, and Goofy in their Halloween gear on the back with the world’s name printed underneath them. On the front, you’ll find various creatures and logos representing the Kingdom Hearts world gathered together on the chest.

Pre-Orders For Kingdom Hearts' Halloween Town Collection Are Now Open

Everyone Hail To The Pumpkin King

The shorter, bomber-style jacket optionhas the same design on its back but is quite a bit more colorful than it is on the longer jacket. Most of the critters and mascots on the front have been dropped too with a solitary pumpkin in their place. The bomber jacket is the more expensive of the two, however, priced at 29,700 yen ($193), whereasthe longer jacket is 23,100 yen ($150).

The hoodie is the cheapest itemin Square’s Halloween Town collectioncosting 19,800 yen ($129). While a part of the same collection, the hoodie’s design is different from what’s featured on the jackets. Sora, Goofy, and Donald are still on the back, but inside of a purple, picture frame-style motif with “Kingdom Hearts” printed above them. The pumpkin from the jackets remains but is on the hood rather than the chest, and there are Kingdom Hearts crowns embroidered on the sleeves.

The only downside for now is that even though everything in this collection can bepreordered now and will be released on February 1, for now, they’ll only be available through Square’s Japanese store. It’s possible to get them shipped to the US and elsewhere, but naturally, that will add quite a lot to the cost thanks to shipping. There’s a chance the jackets and hoodies are eventually added to the US Square store if you’d rather not make what is already quite expensive merch cost even more.
