Fans Are Modding Out The PSN Requirement To Get These Spider-Man Suits
Once again, PC players are eager to dodge PSN
The modGet PSN benefits without an accountwas shared on Nexus Mods yesterday by user LNDF. Just as the name suggests, it should give you immediate access to the Spider-Man 2099 and Miles Morales 2099 suits, rather than having to wait to unlock them in-game or connect to a PSN account.
In just a day, the mod almost has 1,000 downloads. This is enough to make it one of the most downloaded mods on the Spider-Man 2 Nexus page, making it even more popular thanthe one that restores Peter Parker’s facefrom the original release of the first game.
Safe to say, PC players are not keen on having to make accounts outside of Steam. We see this all the time, as some won’t touch a game until it’s been ported to Steam, even if it’s available elsewhere on PC, such as through the Epic Games Store. At the very least, in Spider-Man’s case, it is not a requirement, and the only incentive was getting these suits a bit earlier.
