Upgrading your gear and staying current is essential for combat in this game. This necessity arises from the fact that enemies do not scale to your level; instead, you must continuously match their strength. In each region you discover, they become progressively stronger. One of the most effective ways to obtain some of the best gear in the game is through treasure maps.
My Loyal Shield Treasure Map Location
TheMy Loyal Shieldtreasure maprequires you to reach the fourth region of the game, known asthe Galawain’s Tusks region.
From the starting point of this region,head north until you reach the first fast travel beacon at the Southern Warden Tower location.
At the tower’s entrance,you’ll find a trader on the right side. Interact with him and check his wares.
There, you’ll be able topurchase the My Loyal Shield treasure map.
My Loyal Shield Treasure Location
From the trader’s location,head northwest, justsouth of the Outcast Tower Camp, where you’ll finda tower on top of some rocks.
Circle around to the back of the towerto locate a path leading inside. The interior isa blue-lit area with a desk in the center.
Just behind the desk, you’ll finda hidden button- interact with it to open a secret door leading underground.
Move to the left of the hidden buttonand enter the newly revealed passage, which will take you tothe underground area.
In the center of this location, you’ll find a chest containing the My Loyal Shield treasure, theTime’s Tarnish shield.
