Summary
Like clockwork, just before the start of the new month,Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket’snext Premium Pass Promo has leaked.
This has happened every month so far, withDecember’s Mewtwo,January’s Moltres ex, andlast month’s Darkrai expromos all leaking ahead of their official releases.

As has been the case, ahead of the new month, April’s Pokemon TCG Pocket Premium Pass Card has been revealed, and it features a fan-favorite starter: Sprigatito.
Pokemon Trading Card Pocket’s April Premium Pass Card Is Sprigatito
As always, April’s TCG Pocket Premium Pass Card has been shared onRedditahead of its official release. It featuresScarlet and Violet’sGrass-type starter, Sprigatito, undoubtedly the most popular of the most recent mainline Pokemon games.
It has the same attack, Cry for Help, as the Sprigatito found in the recently-released Shining Revelry expansion, except this time, it features an illustration of the Pokemon trotting across a rooftop.
There seems to be a pattern emerging with the Premium Pass Promos, with one month gifting players an alternative version of a playable ex card, and the other a card with stunning artwork. Sprigatito firmly falls into the second category.
Interestingly, this month’s Premium Pass accessories feature a shiny Charizard across the coin, backdrop, playmat, and sleeves. This is the second time in Pokemon TCG Pocket history where a random card has been featured with Charizard accessories (also January’s Moltres ex), and it’s left players a little confused as to why we’ve still not had a Charizard Premium Pass promo card.
While free-to-play players were alreadyfrustrated with missing out on cards for their collection from the Premium Pass, things got a whole lot worse with Shining Revelry as DeNA released a shiny Mewtwo ex card that islocked behind a $23 paywall.
