An Inside Story Callback (Special Quest)

Heading on over to Wayaway Island after completing Jellyfish Island, this quest involves Starlow going to visit her friend to see how he is. To the shock of all, that friend is Bowser. A cutscene follows of the two catching up, Bowser calls Starlow by the nickname Chirpy, calling back to Bowser’s Inside Story, which is where this originates.

The gear given for completing this is the Bowser Spikes Gloves. These increase your POW by 20% but reduce your HP by 10% of its max every turn you attack.
