Summary

There are many different types of weapons inNecesse. Each type of weapon comes with their own unique style of attacking, and the variety that will be most useful for you will depend on the way you like to play the game.

Each type of weapon has different strengths and weaknesses that can change the way you play the game. Some are used to strike multiple enemies at once, while others are best used from a distance. The most powerful weapons in the game have various effects, so experiment and find your favorite.

The Cryo Spear weapon in Necesse.

8Cryo Spear

Damage: 45

Spears are a type of weapon that are thrust forward, dealing damage only at the point of impact. Compared to swords, these weapons can be used for greater precision during melee combat, rewarding accuracy and good positioning.

Attacking with the Cyro Spear will release an additional shard of ice that will damage foes beyond the range of the weapon. The Cryo Spear doesn’t have the longest range of all the available spears, but this projectile and the high base damage make up for that.

The Night Razor in Necesse.

7Night Razor

Damage: 70

Boomerangs are a unique weapon type that can be thrown in an arc to deal damage to any foe they hit before returning to you. Up to four of the Night Razor can be thrown at once, and attacks with this weapon will also move to target enemies.

This makes the Night Razor a useful weapon for attacking while on the move, and does not require precise aim to use. Allowing multiple stacks of the weapon to be thrown at once ensures consistent damage.

The Gemstone Longsword in Necesse.

6Gemstone Longsword

Damage: 90

The Gemsword Longsword is the sword that deals the highest damage in Necesse, and also has the farthest range of any other weapon in this category. Sword can be used to attack in a wide arc, and are one of the most basic types of weapons in the game.

Despite its simplicity, the Gemstone Longsword excels at delivering fast, consistent damage. Swords may lack the special features of other types of weapons, but sometimes the most simple tool is the best one for the job.

The Slime Greatsword weapon in Necesse.

5Slime Greatsword

Damage: 140

Greatswords are a type of weapon that can be charged up to deliver devastating attacks. Like the regular Sword, attack by swinging in a large arc towards the direction your character is facing. Unlike Swords, Greatswords must be charged up to use.

Each subsequent level of charge corresponds to greater damage dealt. Charging the Slime Greatsword to level 2 before attacking will release a blast of slime, and fully charging the weapon will summon a slime companion to assist you. Using all of these together is the key to this weapon.

The Raven’s Nest weapon in Necesse.

4The Raven’s Nest

Damage: 122

Along with melee weapons there are another class of weapons that can be used to attack from even greater distances. Of these weapons The Raven’s Nest is the bow that deals the highest amounts of damage.

The projectiles this weapon fires may move more slowly than other bows that can be obtained, but can travel farther than most. The longer this weapon is charged, the more damage the ravens it fires will cause to foes and the faster they will move. Aim is critical to making the most of this weapon.

The Slime Glaive weapon in Necesse.

3Slime Glaive

Damage: 60

Glaives are a type of weapon that can be used to deal continuous damage all around your character. When spun, a glaive will damage any foes in your vicinity for as long as you continue attacking. Glaives can only be used in close quarters, but are good at dealing with groups.

The Slime Glaive has the best stats of any glaive, dealing the most damage with the highest range. This weapon also has the highest knockback of this weapon type, which is key to keeping enemies from getting close enough to cause damage.

The Night Piercer in Necesse.

2Night Piercer

Damage: 124

Greatbows are a larger variety of bow that must be fully charged to make the most of their high damage and rapid velocity. The projectiles the Night Piercer fires deal even more damage than those of The Raven’s Nest, travel farther and moves much even more quickly.

When they collide with an enemy or object, the arrows will burst and deal splash damage to anything inside of the radius of the explosion. By making use of this, the Night Piercer can be used to effectively combat groups of enemies.

The Antique Rifle weapon in Necesse.

1Antique Rifle

Damage: 105

The Antique Rifle has the highest range of any weapon in the game and can be used to deal huge amounts of damage. This offensive power comes at the cost of ammo. Most guns in Necesse require bullets to attack, limiting their use to the amount of ammunition you can carry.

If you have the resources to make use of it, guns can be a versatile weapon type with a variety of uses. Different varieties of bullets that arepurchased or craftedcan have different effects, from homing into enemies to bouncing off of walls.
