Potential friends are found all over the Honolulu map and if you’re looking to complete your Aloha Links app by befriending every possible NPC, we’ve got a breakdown of every friend, where to find them, and any request or requirement they may have before you can successfully add them to your list.
How To Find And Befriend People
Once you’ve unlocked Aloha Links, you may befriend various NPCs around Hawaii thathave the smiley face iconabove their heads.Some found wandering the streets while others are at fixed locations. Some specific NPCs require you to give them an item or purchase something. There are200 in totalto find and befriend.

All Friend Locations
Ifno requirements are listed, this NPC wanders aroundtheir neighbourhood so you’ll have to keep looking until you come across them.
It’s worth noting that some of the fixed location NPCs may not appear if there is a substory active where they should appear, so you need to complete the substory first. We had this happen with Uru in Anaconda Shopping Center.
Additionally, any of thewandering NPCs can fall victim to thugsand need to be saved to befriend them, however, if you wish to avoid fights, resetting the map/NPCs will change who is affected so you can simply greet to befriend them.
Fast travelling to an area resets the NPCs on the map.

Give hera homecooked meal(from Goro Goro Kitchen).
