The music of the Rinacita region that came with theWuthering Waves2.0 update is by far the best in the game, working to build the world, rather than simply act as backing sounds. You can add to your track collection by finding and gathering the Musicfly flying musical notes that roam the region. You can then enjoy the soundtracks at the Archive of Melodies in Ragunna.
Musicflies aren’t difficult to find; you’ll see them fluttering about from a fair distance away, and they have a distinctive appearance. We’ll show you where to find them all here.
All Musicfly Locations
There are19 Musicfly notesto find throughout Rinacita, with most regions playing host to three of them.
The only exception is theHallowed Reach, which only has a single Musicfly to its name. Most require simple exploration skills to discover.
Only one of the Musicflies is locked behind a hidden puzzle, and whileyou don’t have to solve the puzzle to get the fly, you do have to at least start solving it.
Directions
Where Wind Whispers
Headnortheast of the Whisperwind Haven Resonance Nexusto the small set of ruins alongside the road. The Musicfly flutters along the cobblestones.
Wind-kissed Haven
Travel to the Egla Village Resonance Beacon and head northto the northwest end of town. The Musicfly is weaving through the fields.
Curtains Up for Reveries
You’re headed tothe Silver Moon Grove island in the north of Rinacita, which you can reach by flying north from the Polyphemos Windmills. The Musicfly is just north of the Resonance Nexus on the island.
A Dream Soaked in Mist
Travel tothe Resonance Nexus in the west of Nimbus Sanctum, then look north across the water. You should see the Musicfly flitting about a large, blue-lit lamp.
The Midnight Elegy
You’ll find this Musicflydirectly west of the Sentry Construct bossarena among some pink flowers on a beach in the mist. Head to the Resonance Beacon on the tower a bit closer but still west of the boss, then fly over the bridge and drop into the mist below.
Merry Plushie Friends
This Musicfly isin the far north of the Nimbus Sanctum, flying around the pegasus-fish statue. You should see itacross the water north of the Lorelei boss arena.
Save Me From the Tides of Mundanity
Odds are, if you used this tower as the starting point for your journey to the Midnight Elegy Musicfly, you picked up the Musicfly here almost by default.The tower is directly west of the Sentry Construct arena.
Efficiency is Wealth
This Musicfly is just a touch north of the tower you just visited, and the Musicfly itself is fluttering about the entire fountain area at the base of the waterfall.
The Idyllic Refuge
You might have seen this Musicfly onthe bridge leading toward the Averardo Vault between the Vault itself and the Sentry Constructarena. If you didn’t, that’s where it is.
Lost on the Pilgrim’s Path
You need to go to the center of the Oakheart Highcourt and use the game board there tomove one of your black pieces into the bottom left position, which opens the way to the Musicfly behind some enemies, flying around a statue.
Gondola’s Journey
At the southern tip of the Oakheart Highcourt isa large, bent, orange-leafed tree. You’ll find the Musicfly fluttering around it and the rock it grows from.
Where Oracles Are No Longer Heard
At the far east of all of Rinacita andeast of the Oakheart Highcourt is a small islandwith a Sonance Casket and a Musicfly to collect.
The Day of Final Rest
Follow the road southwest from the Penitent’s End Resonance Nexusuntil you come to the first of the blue-glowing trees. The Musicfly should be on your left among some rocks.
Wrecked and Stranded
Northeast of the Penitent’s End Resonance Nexus is a series of sheer cliffs leading down into the misty lands.You’ll find the Musicfly on the first platform below the mainland, floating near a Wingray.
Song of the Fools
You’ll find the third Musicfly in Penitent’s Endjust east of the Wrecked and Stranded music note, on a path beneath the mists.
As the Divine Hath Spoken
The single Musicfly in the Hallowed Reach isnortheast of its southernmost bridge, up the path next to a small fountain.
Waves Sing Goodnight
On the northeastern edge of the Falls,on the border with the Garden of the Lost, is a small ruin you’re able to climb. Near the top, underneath the highest platform, flutters the Musicfly.
As Night Sinks into Abyss
Northeast of the Waves Sing Goodnight Musicfly,on the upper level of the Garden of the Lost, is a large, brown-leafed tree—the Musicfly flits about its trunk.
When Night Rests on the Cliffs
In the southeastern portion of Thessaleo Falls is Porto-Veno Castle.The Musicfly flutters around the fountain in front of the bridgeleading into the estate.
