While you’re able to buy all potions from Apothecaries, or herbs from herbalists inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you can save some money by heading out into the world to pick the herbs for yourself and then brew potions with what you’ve found.
Since different herbs are used in different recipes, you will need to hunt the forests and fields for exactly what you need. While some herbs, such asNettleandDandelion, are found everywhere, you need to look carefully for the rarer ones.Belladonna, which is needed for some of the best potions, is among the hardest herbs to find.
Where To BuyBelladonna
Of course,you can buy fresh andDried Belladonnafrom any herbalist or apothecaryin the game. Head to one and buy whatever you need, withBelladonnabeing priced at 3.5 Groschen each. You can then use whatever you’ve bought at an alchemy bench to craft the potions you need.
Belladonnais used in both Lethean Water, which lets you respec your skills in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and SaviourSchnapps, which is used to save your progress.
Thebest place to buy the herbs is in Kuttenberg city. If you head to the south of the town,there’s a herbalist in the market and an apothecary down the street heading to the west. Both stores will only accessible between the hours of 9am and 6pm in-game.
BelladonnaLocations
In the description of the herb in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 menu,it suggests you look “in clearing and in leafy woods.”
However,Belladonnais extremely rareand you’ll waste a lot of time if you keep just looking around. We’ve found it very hard to find ourselves. That’s in part due to its flowers not really showing when you look around for it. Most of the plant is green and blends into everything else.
To getBelladonnain the Trosky region, there are two places you can go. Both exact locations are in the screenshots above, but you canlook along the part that goes north on the west side of Troskowitz. Once the path reaches some trees, you should find limitedBelladonnaplants to harvest in there.
If you need to dry any herbs you’ve bought, you can take them to a drying rank and dry them there. That will ensure they last longer and you can carry them in your inventory until you need them. Much like raw meat, herbs expire quickly in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Alternatively, you canhead to the woods south west of Zhelejov. Along the curved path in the middle of that forest area, you’ll stumble across anameless spring.
There,you’ll be able to find a fewBelladonnaplants by the path. Also,there is a basket with a white cloth over the top of it. Inside, you’ll be able to grab 21Belladonna. You can leave it there to keep it fresh and come back whenever you need more.
Now that you’ve picked whateverBelladonnayou need,head to an alchemy table to make the potions you need.
