You can find The Art Of Demosthenes II rightafter completing the Laboratores questasit grants you the freedom to explore the map freely. After completing Laboratores, you can either dothe next main quest, Wedding Crashers, or you can gain some skills first.
The latter is preferred, sohead to the east side of Troskowitz village and travel in the middle right road. In between the east and northeast marks, you will notice a tree. This tree stands out becauseit’s the tallest one in the areaand it’s way from the other trees.
The Art Of Demosthenes II can come in handy especially when you are trying to get Pebbles for free. This book will give you the “Be reasonable” dialogue option when you talk to the seller.
So, use the stairs to approach the tree andthe book you are looking for is right on the bench in front of it. This book is pretty helpful and can be read from Speech level 5. It will enhance Henry’s speech skills even more, which wouldcome in handy during negotiations.
